Modern family house very well located in Haarlem

Beautiful familyhouse close to the beach, Haarlem and Amsterdam. Situated in a quiet neighborhood. The City Centre of Haarlem is 10 min walk. A great city with shops, restaurants and bars. Also only 25 min by bike to Zandvoort Beach. Ground floor: cozy living where you can relax, big open kitchen with is fully equipped and open doors to the sunny garden. There are 2 bedrooms, a modern bathroom with bath, separate shower. PS we have two cats. They are very gentle and are used to be around kids

Walk to Haarlem, bike to beach, train to Amsterdam

Lovely house with garden & 3 bedrooms with parkingspot, explore the beautifull (swimlakes) or hike the dunes. Will give you suggestions for the hidden gems. A 25’ train ride to Amsterdam or the airport. My two sons and I live here. The garden is a little paradise with a hammock. The house is a 3’ walk from the beautifull cathedral San Bavo and only 8km from Bloemendaal/Zandvoort. It s perfect for a family with kids and with adults I prefer a maximum of 3, but you can always send me a request

Holiday paradise on the waterfront

Lovely family home, fully equipped and close to Haarlem, the beach and Amsterdam. The house is located on the water and has a special view of the small pleasure harbor and the Spaarne river and the meadows behind it. There is a swimming jetty in front of the door and there are various nature reserves, swimming spots, boat rental and catering establishments nearby. This is a holiday paradise in the picturesque Spaarndam, a village with a lot of history, including the oldest lock in Europe.

In deze centraal gelegen accommodatie ligt alles voor je gezin binnen handbereik. Het huis heeft 4 slaapkamers en in 2 slaapkamers een hoogslaper met extra uitschuif bed. In de kamer met 2 persoonsbed is airconditioning aanwezig. Het huis heeft 2 badkamers waarvan 1 met bad. Een grote eettafel zowel binnen als buiten met een open keuken. De tuin is heel zonnig en gelegen op het zuiden. Een super fijn huis om met een groot gezin te verblijven. Dichtbij het strand, duinen en bossen.

Een karakteristieke rijtjeswoning voorzien van ruime tuin. Vanaf de woning staat u met 5 minuten lopen op Haarlem centraal en met 15 minuten lopen midden in het centrum van Haarlem. Het strand, Amsterdam en Schiphol zijn gemakkelijk met de trein te bereiken. Loop de straat uit en u ziet al de eerste winkels en gezellige eetgelegenheden! Er is 1 slaapkamer aanwezig. Voor een derde persoon zou er een slaapplek op de bank gerealiseerd kunnen worden.

Our beautiful home is perfect for a holiday with family and/or friends. 3 big bedrooms, a spacious kitchen area (fully equipped kitchen) and a cozy living room with fireplace. Our neighbourhood is situated just outside the main city center of Haarlem (5 min biking) and perfectly located to reach Zandvoort either by bike (30min), by car (15min) or by bus (bus stop is 2min walking from our house), Amsterdam (20min by train)

Adorable family home, 15 minutes away from the dunes and the beach, 30 min till Amsterdam and walking distance to Haarlem's gorgeous historical centre and the railway station. Downstairs a very generous livingroom with open kitchen and upstairs 3 sleeping rooms, able to accomodate up to 6 persons.
