Our 160m2 two-floor apartment, surrounded by a generous 120m2 garden, is perfectly situated within a 5 to 10-minute jaunt from Amsterdam's iconic landmarks including Jordaan, Vondelpark, Dam Square, and the serene Erasmus and Rembrandt Park.

Ons huis staat in de Watergraafsmeer in een rustige straat, op loopafstand van de Middenweg, met leuke restaurants, winkels om boodschappen te doen/ te shoppen. Vlakbij het Frankendaelpark en tramstop 'Hogeweg' (lijn 19/richting city center) biedt ons huis veel voor een verblijf voor zowel een gezin met kinderen als twee stellen. Er zijn 2 verdiepingen, en een naastgelegen woonkeuken (60m2). De bovenste twee verdieping zijn separaat verhuurd (longstay). De hal/trap wordt gezamenlijk gebruikt.

Our house is located at Amsterdam IJburg, a new area of Amsterdam famous for its modern architecture. The house is located in a very child friendly neighbourhood, because of this location we only rent out our house to families with children and not to group of friends. In one minute from our house you can take public transport which will take you to Amsterdam city centre in 15 minutes. The house is directly at the water, where you can swim and enjoy nature. 1 free parking place available

Fully furnished apartment on the Prinsengracht

This studio apartement is situated in a 17th Century Canal house, on the Prinsengracht (one of the 3 major canals), right in the center of Amsterdam, within the UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE AREA. The Studio has its own private entrance along the canal, with canal view and a well equipped private kitchen, a large table and modern private bathroom. During the day you can sit outside on the bench in front of the apartment on the sunny side of the canal, nice to see people passing by.

There are two living areas, one equipped with a cinema projector, the garden was recently upgraded but we haven't taken pictures of that yet

This is a wonderful newly built family house of 140m2 home where you can completely relax with your family. It is fully equipped, also for the children. Modern furnishings, comfortable couch, comfortable large dining table, large wel equipped kitchen, floor heating, nice rug on the floor, enclosed garden to play, free parking in front of the door. And around the corner you can jump into the water from the bathing jetty. You can park in the streets (paid €1,80 p/h).

Ready to try something new but still wants the comfort and privacy you used to? Try to rent a whole B&B building by yourself, with friends or family. The location is very nearby public transports which bring you directly to the central station of Amsterdam. Within 10 minutes walking you will find a shopping area with a supermarket and different kind of coffee shops and restaurants for lunch and diner. Bedsheets and towels are included.

Op loopafstand zijn twee winkelcentra met supermarkt en eetplekken. Met een bushalte voor de deur en metro op loopafstand ben je binnen 15 minuten bij de Amsterdam Arena en de bioscoop of in 20 minuten in het centrum van Amsterdam. Fiets- en autoverhuur mogelijk.

Our spacious and light home is an oasis in busy Amsterdam. Plenty of space (225m2) over four floors to relax, to cook, have meals, and plan the next day in town. Shops, markets, restaurants and bars all at walking distance in this cosy corner of the city. Excellent house for families or colleagues (we don't rent to groups of friends - sorry). Obviously, the house will be cleaned thoroughly before you move in.
