Great place for a family

When we are away we let out our entire house that consists of 3 floors including two large terraces and which is connected to a large, secluded square. We have a young child ourselves and the square is used as a big playground. Therefore, we love to welcome guests with children. If you travel with children we can allow four persons. (more is unfortunately not allowed by the municipality). Otherwise we only rent to TWO ADULTS MAXIMUM. permit numbers: 0363 4E10 EA69 2E9E 5B1D and Z/24/2313474

Mooie woning in Amstelveen 15 min. van Amsterdam

Deze mooie, gezinsvriendelijke woning ligt op 15 minuten afstand van Amsterdam Centrum. Ook het Amsterdamse bos is op 10 minuten afstand. Zwembad op 10 minuten afstand en het strand op 30 minuten met de auto. Amstelveen Shoppingcenter op 5 minuten afstand. De woning heeft een ruime woonkamer, open keuken en een zonnige tuin met bbq. In de tuin hebben wij twee loslopende konijnen, die elke dag een bakje brokken en wat schoon water mogen krijgen. Een hond is toegestaan op de benedenverdieping.

Welcome! We rent out our lovely family home with a garden. It is best suitable for a family or a couple. Our house is a characteristic, totally renovated sustainable house. It is situated in a calm area but at the same time close to the city centre. You can enjoy everything Amsterdam has to offer and relax in our recently renovated house. We do not use natural gas, everything in our home is based on (green) electricity. You have full and private access to the house during your stay!

This studio apartement is situated in a 17th Century Canal house, on the Prinsengracht (one of the 3 major canals), right in the center of Amsterdam, within the UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE AREA. The Studio has its own private entrance along the canal, with canal view and a well equipped private kitchen, a large table and modern private bathroom. During the day you can sit outside on the bench in front of the apartment on the sunny side of the canal, nice to see people passing by.

This spacious and stylish apartment is located on the ground floor and has a lovely garden. Please use all facilities (kitchen,bath,TV, BBQ)! The famous Albert Cuyp market and the Heineken experience are a 5 min walk. There are a lot of boutiques, bars and restaurants in this neighbourhood. Museum Sq. and Vondelpark are a 10 min walk and around the corner you will find the tram&Subway which takes you everywhere you need within 5-10 min. I will give you local tips!

And around the corner you can jump into the water from the bathing jetty. You can park in the streets (paid).

De woning ligt op 20 minuten fietsen van centraal station en met 5 minuten fietsen ben je in de weilanden aan het genieten van de natuur.
