The 3rd bedroom is located on the 2nd floor with 2 single beds and accessed via a narrow staircase with a low ceiling and may be unsuitable for children and guests with limited mobility. The timeless village has been the setting for many films and TV dramas including About Time, Poldark and the Wild West. The South West Coast Path is right on your doorstep and St Mawes, Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Caerhays etc are all nearby. Alternatively decide to just relax, pour yourself a glass of wine and let the world turn a little!

It is surprisingly big on the inside with an open plan layout on the ground floor (kitchen, dining area and lounge with direct access to the garden), plus a downstairs shower room. Local attractions include The Lost Gardens of Heligan (3 miles), Eden Project (4 miles), numerous sandy beaches and stunning coast path walks.

Swallow Cottage is centrally located in a quiet village but not far from many popular attractions. There are two bedrooms, shower room, well equipped kitchen/diner open plan lounge. There is a pub and village store (open until late!) within easy walking distance Sticker is on the edge of the beautiful Roseland Peninsula, and within easy driving distance of Charlestown, Heligan Gardens and the Eden Project. The nearest beach is within a short drive of 10 minutes. We welcome dogs. (Max 2)
