It is light and spacious with exposed beams, open plan living space and wonderful views down the Avon Valley. With walks from the doorstep & easy access to beaches and stunning coastline, as well as Dartmoor - a super location to explore all that the South Hams has to offer. The Mill is at the heart of Avon Mill Garden Centre and the home of Avon Mill Cafe - makers of the best 'Devon Cream Teas'!

Coombe Rest Flat, Kingsbridge

This tidy and convenient flat has a large terrace, private entrance and plenty of parking. From our quiet, sun filled valley you can drive to many fantastic nearby sandy beaches or there's a flat walk to town where you can catch a ferry to Salcombe. Use this as your base to enjoy local walking, biking, SUP, surf, kite, food & beer. The accommodation is open plan styled in a modern yet comfortable way. We have some cold beers waiting in the fridge for you as well as other treats & essentials.

Very peaceful and surrounded by rural views it is ten minutes from the beautiful beaches of the South Hams, close to the picturesque towns of Dartmouth, Totnes and Kingsbridge and an hour away from Dartmoor. A great spot from which to explore the beauties of South Devon. This is the perfect getaway for complete privacy whilst being a few minutes away from the beautiful South Hams beaches, and lovely waterside towns of Kingsbridge and Salcombe.
