The coast is 10 mins drive away, as is Kingsbridge providing 2 supermarkets, a cinema and great restaurants. Famous Salcombe and Dartmouth are just a short hop away.

The coast is just 3 miles away, as is the charming market town of Kingsbridge which has a whole host of independent shops, two supermarkets, a cinema and great restaurants. Salcombe and Dartmouth are also within easy reach.

We are surrounded by beautiful countryside with plenty of walks and great pubs nearby. It is located in a small hamlet near Chillington - it's rural so a car is essential. We are a 10 minute drive from the South West Coastal Path, and Beesands Torcross beaches. For walkers of the coastal path, we offer a pick-up drop-off service. Please message for details.

On bus route to Kingsbridge and Dartmouth where you can continue to Plymouth or hop on a local bus to Salcombe or Totnes. Closest beach is Torcross, an 8 minutes drive or hop on the Dartmouth bus which takes you there. Approximately 20 minute drive to a selection of beautiful beaches, Hope Cove, South Milton and East Portlemouth.

Beesands with its renowned pub & fish restaurant and the coastal path are less than a mile away. The barn is situated approx. 6 miles from Kingsbridge and 8 miles from Dartmouth. Salcombe is easily reached by foot ferry from East Portlemouth 5 miles away.
