Little Ardwyn is a newly completed self contained log cabin with beautiful views overlooking the river Fowey. While compact, it is well designed and modern, with open plan living, featuring superfast broadband, smart tv, king size bed, fold away table, kitchen, separate shower room and under floor heating. It has large patio doors which open onto a good sized private patio, with comfortable furniture, bbq and fire pit where the river views can be enjoyed. Off road parking is provided to guests.

Cedar lodge is a detached modern property, located up behind the main house, nestled in a semi-walled garden with a private patio area which enjoys a southerly aspect. Bi-fold doors lead into an open plan living room with a modern fitted kitchen. A sliding door leads to a bedroom with an en-suite shower room. There are heaters in the lounge and bedroom and heated towel rail in the shower room. A parking space is at the bottom of the path leading up to the property approximately 50 meters away.

We are on the outskirts of beautiful Fowey in Cornwall, 1 km from the beach and parking for one vehicle. We also have a Coop store within very close proximity! The annex is just 20 minutes walk from the picturesque cove of Readymoney and from the charming streets of Fowey offering unique shops, restaurants and traditional pubs.

The flat is a one minute walk from the main carpark where you can jump on the local town bus or a five minute walk down the the hill to the main high street! There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. The mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.

The Lobster Pot is a newly renovated apartment set in the historic centre of Fowey. The property which is situated in Bull Hill is accessed via steps leading to a pedestrian pathway that sits above Fore Street. Discount will be applied for a stay of 7 or more days. Pubs, restaurants and quays are all within a couple of minutes walk. Readymoney Beach is a short stroll away and there are many beautiful coastal walks nearby. No pets are allowed.
