Really lovely stay at the beach bungalow. Parking for two cars. Dog friendly. Dishwasher was invaluable (tablets provided!). Two bathrooms! Huge lounge with conservatory and great views. Outside shower facilities. All good. No complaints. One suggestion - soft close toilet seat in main bathroom. Enjoyed our stay. Thank you. Philip

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment. The view is exactly as it looks in the pictures and is so pretty! The location is within great distance to anything you could want or need. The apartment itself was really clean, well kept and nice and cosy. Julia is a great host, making everything smooth and easy and was incredibly polite! We will definitely be back to enjoy this lovely place again I can’t recommend it enough! :)

One of the best AirBnBs we have stayed! Perfect location. Spotlessly clean, calm, well-equipped and modern apartment. Darren went above and beyond with his communication before, during and after our stay. Self-check in and instructions were easy. The apartment has everything you could wish for, and more! All positive and no negatives. We will definitely be back!

Great location for a lovely relaxing few days on the south coast, Cornwall has my heart, especially when the sun is shining! Melanie's instructions and recommendations for places to eat were great. Falmouth is just an our walk up the coast, lovely place to mooch about with great shops. Would recommend and happily come and stay here again

This is an amazing place to stay. The views are stunning. Wake up to a sea view. There was everything we could have needed or wanted.The beds are so cosy too. I sat on the balcony , listening to the waves and the birds and wishing I would never have to leave. The host is so friendly and kind.

Absolutely fantastic stay, me and my partner stayed here for 3 nights but wished it could’ve been longer! This apartment has everything you need, is spotless, cosy and just very homely. Nicola was an amazing host, very responsive whenever I messaged and made sure she tried to help in any way possible. Just a short walk down to the beach or the town, it was perfect for what we needed. The bed was super comfortable too which is always a bonus. We loved all the tiny touches and decor. I don’t often write reviews but this was spectacular and we couldn’t recommend it more. Thank you for having us, we will be back!! 🩷

A lovely clean, comfortable caravan as described, lovely friendly and helpful hostess, a really easy stay with good WiFi that was needed for work. Not sure we used the correct entrance to the park as directions didn't quite make sense but not a big problem. Happy to recommend.

We had a brilliant family holiday here in Oct half term. Brilliant location so close to the beach and the costal paths, very convenient for Falmouth. The pool, sauna and hot tub are great and the kids had the best time. The apartment is compact but had everything we needed. Melanie gave lots of useful info before we arrived. We will be coming back.

WOW what a place! The views of the ocean from every floor are incredible, you immediately feel at peace when you arrive. Everything inside the apartment was beautiful as well, from the bedrooms to the kitchen and the bathrooms. Well equipped, clean and homely as well. The location was 10/10. Short walk from the train station but also a short walk to the beach and some great restaurants, cafes and bars. Can’t fault anything, we will be back!

North Quay was an absolutely stunning town house with spectacular views of the estuary and evening sunsets. The home was immaculate and had quality fixtures and fitting. Close to the town, shops and even closer to the beach and beach cafe, we had the best time here. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this accommodation and we will be going again soon.

We had a great stay for my birthday, same as last year, and would thoroughly recommend to anyone and ideal as wife is still recovering from hip operation so having a lift is a bonus.

We had a lovely stay. House was perfect for our needs & had everything we needed during out stay. Sarah was super responsive & helpful with anything we enquired about. The house was spotlessly clean & well equipped. Super location for visiting the beaches which are beautiful. No complaints from us would highly recommend. Thanks x

Sue was incredibly welcoming and had thought of everything from the guest's perspective - even down to the rugs to warm your feet when you get out of bed in the morning! The accommodation was spotless and had everything you could possibly need. The hot tub and garden room are spacious and are a great addition to the accommodation. The beach is beautiful and because it is private it is incredibly peaceful and would suit all ages. So Tranquil lived up to its name :)

Charlottes place was amazing The views are incredible , parking was easy and charlottes instructions are clear and easy Walking distance to beach and arcades and also nice restaurants and bars We could not turn on a radiator and Charlotte got someone straight round . Tesco is below - really handy and has a decent selection Kitchen has everything you need to cook And we loved the 2 bathrooms :)

Barbara’s place is amazing! This is the second time we have stayed and it won’t be the last! The house feels like a home away from home - very clean, very comfortable sofa and bed, and the welcome hamper is lovely! Location is also perfect - being on the beach is a real luxury and we enjoyed the local cafe/fish and chips being a 2 minute walk away! Couldn’t recommend staying at Barbara’s more highly!!
