This is a one off experience of a holiday home in the Lakes. A cosy comfortable house with all your home comforts, lovely sunny garden and only 15 minutes walking distance from both Windermere and Bowness centres with all their shops, bars and restaurants. (A little longer on the way back uphill.) It is the perfect stay for hikers and families alike. You have both towns on your doorstep and numerous walks from the front door. The Lady of the Lake is a cosy cottage with stunning views across Lake Windermere to the fells. The cottage provides the perfect base to relax and explore the Lake District and all it has to offer, from Horse Riding to Hiking, Boat Trips, Cycling and many more activities. The cottage has a private parking space, EV charger, shared private jetty, and is ideally situated just a 15 minute walk from Windermere train station and centre where you will find an array of shops and traditional pubs.

A romantic, stylish and cosy cottage for two in the beautiful Lake District National Park, half a mile from the shores of Lake Windermere and a 20 minute drive from Junction 36 of the M6. We are dog friendly. Our 250 year old cottage features modern rustic decor, u/f heating, log burner, super-fast internet, Smart TV, Sonos sound system and a complimentary podPoint 7kw EV charger. There are many wonderful walks and bike rides available from the front door. Stays start Mondays or Fridays.
