Luxurious top floor apartment with stunning sea views that can sleep 6. The apartment has a south facing private balcony. Beach front with a good selection of bars and restaurants just a stones throw away! The apartment has all the required amenities if you felt like just relaxing indoors whilst admiring the panoramic views of the sea and estuary, which are truly breath taking! The kitchen and both bedrooms have views of the marina! Close by to public transport and a 10 minute walk in to town.

Enjoy staying in this well located one bedroom upside down house on the edge of the village of Lympstone. Walking distance to village pubs, shop, train station, estuary and cycle path. Downstairs there is a light airy bedroom with king size bed, a large en-suite shower room and access via patio doors to your own private garden and decked area. Upstairs is an open plan kitchen, dining and sitting room with 2 velux windows and door to the outside staircase. Parking in front of property.
