Shepherds Cottage is a secluded 19th century two bedroom cottage down a farm track between Mawgan Porth and Bedruthen Steps, close to the coast path and within a short drive of Padstow and North Cornwall's amazing beaches. Perfect for a couple or a small family. The cottage has been sympathetically renovated and is perfect for families and couples who want to escape the crowds. The cottage overlooks the village green and there are BBQ facilities in the garden and parking on the private drive.

Watergate Bay is only a 5 mins drive. With countryside views and some sea glimpses from the property, it is a perfect place to base yourself to explore.

Would suit small family, couple or a small group of friends for a surf/walking trip. Upstairs has an open-plan living and kitchen area with balcony. Ground level has a lovely decking area with dining table, an outdoor shower (cold water), a fridge for chilled outdoor drinks and a hammock for guest use. Perfect for surfing and beach activities. Snuggle up in the sitting room with its large woodburner, that promises a cosy night in, the downstairs bedroom and shower room is ideal if not wanting to use the stairs. While away sunny afternoons in the secluded garden with its wood fired hot tub or explore the grounds, with its own fishing lake, a real adventure for everyone.

Enjoy a relaxing break in a small Cornish hamlet, with lovely countryside views with wildlife going about their day. Also enjoy an amazing stary sky by night while enjoying your favourite beverage. Cedar Lodge has just been completed and is brand new ready for 2023. It is a stunning 1 bedroom annex situated in the lower half of our garden. Although it is in close proximity to our family home there is a dividing fence and all access to the annex is separate with shared parking.

Enjoy amazing sunsets over the ocean from the comfort of your cozy double bed and huge windows. Stroll 10 minutes through paddocks to your choice of a number of great beaches and swimming spots. Porthcothan beach is a gentle wander around the coastal path and Trescore, Porthmear, Golden Burn and Pentire and are right on your doorstep. This cute space, hand built by the host, is situated in a quiet field with 2 other accomodation spaces but plenty of privacy and peace.
