The Nopal one bedroom apartment is a serene oasis in the heart of Sunset Heights, one of El Paso's oldest and coolest neighborhoods and is just a walk away from downtown El Paso, UTEP, ballpark, The Hospitals of Providence Memorial Campus and Las Palmas Medical Center. It's part of a two unit complex with its own back yard, refrigerated AC, and washer/dryer.

This private “studio style” concept is part of a grand estate on the west side of El Paso. You will have your own private entrance with private courtyard. This is a perfect property for one or two individuals. Studio style unit has bed, kitchenette, bathroom and courtyard. Space is attached to the main property, but has complete privacy. Unit also boats high 9 ft ceilings and mini split unit for cooling/heating. Bathroom was also recently remodeled.

We didn’t just make our back room into an air bnb. No sir, this unit was created just for bnb. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Has high 8”ft security gates all around well lit patio. Adjustable sleep number bed. We made the best shower we could with great size and style. Our TVs we put in the unit are also top shelf Tvs. This place is designed from the ground up and corner to corner just for you.
