Stroll to the Beach at El Cabañal from a Unique House

This is our retirement house, we will like to move here in the future, but in the meantime, we hope you have a wonderful stay, in Valencia trendy Cabañal. The house is from 1942, we have totally renovated and have divided it into two houses R and M. R house is located in the lower level. As you enter you will find the living-dinning room and the kitchen, they overlook the patio and make it a great place to enjoy. There is a heater on the patio, so you can enjoy it all year round, but we have very few cold days in Valencia. There is an upper floor that you access from the living room, that has three single beds (190x90). There is a small hallway in the living room, that leads to the two bedrooms. The first one has en-suite bathroom, with a shower, and the bed is 160x200. The second bedroom has a queen bed 160x 190. Next to it is the bathroom, which has a bathtub. As you enter the building there is a hallway, there you can find a closet, where you can leave your bags in case that you need an early check-in or late checkout. Also, you can find the drier and a washing machine. If you need any special service please let us know and we will try our best. The house is in the neighborhood of El Cabañal, a seaside village with restaurants, bars, and markets. It’s close to the beach and port, and only 400 meters from the metro station that has trains which goes directly to the city center and airport.

La Casita verdEE es un lugar Unico, situado en el barrio de CabañAL, a tan solo 50 metros de la playa, situado en una 1 planta sin ascensor. Cuanta con un salon comedor con cocina abierta, tiene 2 dormitorio matrimoniales y dos cuartos de baño, tambien tiene una maravillosa terraza donde podras relajarte, es ideal para pasar cortas estancias o tambien para venir por meses por trabajo, podras disfrutar del autentico barrio de Cabañal , descubrir sus costumbres y disfrutar de la gastronomia.

Totalmente renovado, el loft en planta baja cuenta con una sala de estar, zona de comedor cocina, dormitorio y una terraza interior. Pueden dormir 4 personas, en una cama doble y un sofá cama comodísimos! A escasos metros de Casa Montaña, a 5 minutos de la playa y del tranvía. Muy bien conectado con el centro de la ciudad, Ciutat vella, la estación de tren, el aeropuerto, etc!!
