The location was beautiful, very walkable , and very well located. Yana was helpful with checkin and checked with us to make sure all was well. There was wine and other items left for us, very thoughtful ! The elevator was great for my bad knee. We enjoyed or stay and highly recommend this apartment.

Russafa is a great neighborhood with lots of restaurants and shops. RosMary's apartment is in a square with bike rentals and a coffee shop right out the front door! The nightlife is lively, so if you are looking for a quiet area this might not be for you. It is walking distance to Old Town and Central Market. The park was walking distance for us but if you're not a regular walker you might want to consider a bike. The Russafa market, which is not the Central Market was just a few blocks away and quite nice. There is paid parking under the Russafa market for about 25 euros per day. We had a car but found that we really didn't need one. It's a very walkable city. RosMary had several very good recommendations which was very appreciated. She is very responsive and incredibly sweet. My husband and I highly recommend her apartment for visiting Valencia!

La comunicación con Javier ha sido muy buena y fluida, dándonos recomendaciones y ayudándonos a gestionar las maletas. Si volvemos a Valencia nos quedaremos de nuevo en este piso seguro!!

Très grande habitation et super propre, literie excellente, cuisine très bien équipée, un contact très rapide et facile, il faisait froid dehors et Rolando nous a allumé le feu au bois. C'est très très calme et sympa comme environnement, pas très loin des supermarchés et restaurants. Les indications fournies par Rolando nous ont permis d'arriver facilement au logement, parking privé et sécurisé. Recommandé pour un court où long séjour

We had an amazing stay at Eva’s apartment! The flat is beautifully maintained and equipped with everything you might need. It’s perfectly located in a lovely neighborhood, just a short walk from the beach. Eva is a fantastic host—extremely kind, helpful, and always available. An incredible place to stay at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!

El apartamento es fantástico. Tiene todo y Cristina nos recibió, personalmente, con muchas cosas en la nevera, alimentos, productos de higiene personal, dulces, etc. Se encuentra cerca de la estación de tren Joaquín Sorolla, a menos de 10 minutos a pie. Y a una o dos cuadras de una estación de metro. Pero lo que supera todo es la atención y don de gente de Cristina. Una persona MARAVILLOSA. Se comunicó siempre con nosotros, nos dio indicaciones de todo tipo (del apartamento y de la ciudad) y vino a despedirse personalmente aunque salíamos muy temprano. Volveremos de Cristina si repetimos Valencia. Ya recomendamos su apartamento a amigos de España.

Toll eingerichtete Wohnung in zentralem, angesagten Viertel. Jede Menge Kneipen und Restaurants und Eck. Die Fahrradwege sind super ausgebaut und es gibt jede Menge Möglichkeiten Fahrräder auszuleihen. Rafa war super schnell zu erreichen, hat schon im Vorfeld die wichtigsten Infos geschickt und hat sich oft erkundigt, ob wir noch etwas brauchen. Der Willkommensgruß aus Orangen, Madeleines, Wasser und Milch war toll. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Myself and 4 friends highly recommend this apartment. We stayed for 3 nights. There was ample space and everything was spotlessly clean. The kitchen was well equipped and Gonzalo went above and beyond to provide a variety of juices, coffee, teas, milk, jams, butter, cereals, pastries and bread for breakfast each day. Gonzalo let us check in at 10.30am after our early morning flight and greeted us himself. He lives in the building which was good to know. He was very kind and informative and gave us lots of great advice and information. He was contactable throughout our stay to answer questions we had and it was very easy to communicate with him. He always responded quickly. The location was perfect -simple to get to from the airport by metro, very central and easy to explore Valencia on foot and by public transport. There was a bit of noise at night from neighboring apartments but on the whole we slept well. Thankyou Gonzalo for hosting us.

Sleep Under Wooden Beams at a City Penthouse

We had a lovely stay at David’s place. The bed and pillow were very comfortable. It was easy and peaceful for sleeping. The Terrace is amazing and has afternoon sun which is very hot. There is an electric retractable sunshade that works perfectly. When we arrived (later in the day) they had thought of everything, leaving us coffee, water, bread and even some fresh croissants and a bottle of wine. This was extraordinary for us as we didn’t need to rush out right after we arrived to get necessary supplies. There are plenty of local tavernas and grocery shops close by. The grocery right around the corner offers an orange juicer you place the size of bottle you want and push the button and it presses the oranges right in front of you. It was the best orange juice we’ve ever had. Down the street is an Empanada shop. They were quite good, but the server was so fun. She has a little bag of dog treats at the ready and locals walk past with their dogs who are ready to accept her treats.

Super aardige host die snel reageert. De locatie is wel wat verder weg dan gehoopt. Google maps geeft vooraf een bepaalde tijd naar Valencia, maar voor het gezellige gedeelte gaat de reistijd x2. Supermarkt en andere voorzieningen allemaal erg ver weg, iets dat wij Nederlanders niet gewend zijn :) Het huis was wel super als je houdt van rust. Zwembad mag wat schoner (lijkt geen filter in te zitten), bedden zijn echt te klein voor meerdere stellen. Iets meer handdoeken zou ook een uitkomst zijn bij meerdere dagen. Airco’s doen goed hun werk per verdieping!

José und María sind sehr freundlich und höflich. Das Haus finde ich einfach wunderschön gestaltet. Für jemanden der Ruhe mag ist das Haus perfekt! Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt, und würde es weiter empfehlen! Ich würde es gerne wieder als Unterkunft nehmen ;)

We loved the vibe of the place, the tranquility , the laid-back attitude of the host and the fact that the accommodation is dog-friendly is a big plus. Enough space to explore for our dachshund! Breakfast was amazing and we loved the view from our terrace. If you are looking for a quiet place just outside of the city this is the place to be.

jose Antonio是我认为最棒的房东，他对租客照顾的无微不至，让我们感觉住在这里和住在自己家里一样的舒服。卫生间和厨房也都非常干净，在睡眠时房间也很安静，这个小镇交通非常方便，27号公交车可以带你去很多你想去的地方，非常的方便，jose还细心的为我们准备了瓦伦西亚的特色海鲜饭还有鸡肉饭，我们一起吃晚餐喝红酒聊天，他是我们在瓦伦结识的第一位西班牙朋友，我们真的特别喜欢他，我想我们会一直保持联系。

Super fin og rummelig lejlighed beliggende perfekt i den indre og gamle bydel af Valencia. Skønt med velkomstpakken med vand, juice, vin og snacks. Gåafstand til mange seværdigheder og ikke mindst det overdådige Mercat Central de Valencia. Der er ligeledes fyldt med lækre restauranter rundt om ethvert gadehjørne. Vi rejste dertil for at opleve Fallas og til det er lejligheden perfekt. Derfor forekom selvfølgelig forventet støj fra fest og fyrværkeri men ikke urimeligt. Med markiserne nede var det muligt at holde sollys og det værste støj ude hvis man ville sove længe. Lejligheden er lettere brugt men alt fungerer som det skal. Køkkenet kunne trænge til nye pander. Kommunikationen med Karen og Raul var venlig og uproblematisk. Informationerne var præcise og brugbare. Vi kan varmt anbefale boligen og kommer gerne dertil igen.

We had a lovely stay at Martina's. She had left tea and little cakes for welcoming us which was nice. Her place was very conveniently located for airport. Turia Park couple of minutes away. We also liked the Peruvian restaurant on the corner of the building. No fuss tasty food. We slept really well every night, which was needed as we were averaging 19 000 steps a day. We will recommend Martina's place happily.

Laëtitia and Jean-Luc were extremely friendly and helpful, yet discreet and quiet. They clearly are passionate about their B&B and guests can feel it easily with the attention to details and care they both demonstrate: warm welcome, home made breakfast, local products, cosy room, super clean bathroom and room. A perfect location near the train station and gorgeous town centre. Ideal place to enjoy some sunshine, discover the many orange fields, local mountains or for a day trip to the beach. Cette résidence avec son personnel très accueillant est à recommander les yeux fermés. Petit déjeuner inclus. Moderne, très propre avec ce qu'il faut pour son linge. Un peu loin du centre de Valence est le seul point de réserve, mais à 5 minutes à pied de la station Godella (ou il y a bar et restaurant)

Alojamiento 100% recomendable, la casa es preciosa y la habitación junto con el baño estaba impecable, cama super cómoda, lugar muy tranquilo, desayunos caseros y riquísimos. Laetitia es todo amabilidad. Repetiremos seguro.
