( approx 10 min ) Newly refurbished and spacious the annexe provides a clean and welcoming space with all the essentials needed for a comfortable short stay. An ideal base to explore the beautiful south west coastal path, river and trail walks or a short drive to nearby Exmouth a larger town. Ample free parking on the residential road adjacent to the property.

Welcome to Oak Loft, a cozy attic retreat just 5min walk from East Devon Golf Club and 15mins from the beach and Budleigh Salterton town centre by the scenic South West Coast Path. Perfect for couples or solo travellers, this loft blends rustic charm with modern comforts. Situated on the Jurassic Coast, it is an ideal base to explore local eateries, the Otter Valley, Woodbury Common and breath taking coastal trails. You can also cycle off-road to Exmouth and Exeter for even more adventures.

Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

Haldon Belvedere, also known as Lawrence Castle, is a unique and Historic Folly on the edge of Exeter. Owned by Devon Historic Buildings Trust, the Haldon Belvedere is one of Devon's most famous Landmarks, and now you can come and stay in the gorgeous 1 bedroom apartment on the top floor of the tower. The beautiful apartment provides the ultimate romantic break for 2 within a stones throw of the city. The Folly has incredible views in all directions, looking out for miles across Devon.

Flat in Budleigh Salterton

Our flat is perfect for visiting East Devon. It’s located on a quiet road close to the South West Coast Path, golf course and walking distance to Budleigh Salterton. Modern and spacious it has a bedroom and en-suite downstairs. The open plan kitchen/living area is upstairs. It has fibre broadband, with Disney+The kitchen is well-equipped. It has plenty of room for parking. The entire space is for the sole use of guests. We live next door, happy to help with any advice on the local area.

Conway Cottage is a 17th century thatched cottage with a large garden in the idyllic village of Otterton, Devon. The Annexe is a self-contained guest suite, with living room/diner, bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen, fully equipped, recently modernised and redecorated. Ideal for a couple or for a family with two small children as there is a double sofa-bed in the living room. Just outside the French doors is a patio with table and barbecue for summer dining. Parking on drive.

The Spinning Wheel is a beautifully renovated historical thatched building with its history dating back to medieval times, farming and lacemaking. Situated in the picturesque village of Otterton, it provides welcoming and comfortable accommodation. Ideally located, close to countryside and coast - a short distance from the popular seaside towns of Sidmouth and Budleigh Salterton. There are plenty of scenic footpaths from the village that follow the river to the sea.

Our cottage provides a perfect location to spend time with friends or family in a idilic spot. The house has 3 spacious bedrooms along with a smaller room perfect for a travel cot/ play room for kids. The village has all essential amenities on your doorstep from Otterton mill, kings arms pub and a local shop.

Bicton Arena, Crealy Adventure park, Bicton Park and the seaside Towns of Sidmouth, Exmouth and Budleigh Salterton are very close by too.

The Wildflower Retreat: vegan B&B

Our vegan-run B&B is a really peaceful, tranquil space, surrounded by countryside & river walks & just 3 miles from Sidmouth sea front. You'll find games & books in the room, or enjoy chilling with the radio or Netflix, Disney or Prime. There's also a little beach hamper in the wardrobe! There are chairs & a little table on your patio, ideal for spotting wildlife! Children must be 12+ as we have a large wildlife pond.
