The apartment is a 3min walk to the tram 9 station where you can comfortably get to the airport & the city in 20-25min. Back at your apartment, you can leave the huste & bustle of the city behind, cooking meals in peace in the kitchen. The kitchen is small, but it’s fully stocked & features lots of cookbooks so you can rustle up something yourself for a quiet night in followed by a glass of wine on the balcony. Historic, calm & stylish

The spacious (25 m2) renovated studio on the third floor has a separate private bathroom across the non-private hallway. It has a kingsize bed, fridge, coffee machine, water kettle and a table to work with high-speed Wifi. In the hallway you will find a little kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, sink, a washer/dryer & a printer/scanner/copy machine. Heating with heat from the earth. We are almost CO2 neutral thanks to our new solar roof.

Oasis on the Zürichberg

Tastefully furnished flat on the Zürichberg near the Grandhotel Dolder. Quiet location in the countryside with garden seating area. Just outside the city centre. Close to Dolderbahn and public transport. From the Römerhof it takes about 15 minutes to walk up the hill. With the Dolderbahn from Römerhof to "Waldhaus", then it is only 5 minutes to the flat. Parking is available in the immediate vicinity for a fee.
