The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

WAVES is a stunning, modern apartment. A perfect self-catering holiday home for those wishing to be close to the beach and amenities. Just 5 minutes walk from the town centre and steps away from the beautiful 2 miles of golden sandy beach. Exmouth marina (boasting a range of shops, pubs and restaurants) is minutes away. Perfect for family getaways, visiting family/friends in the area and water-sports, cycling/walking, bird watching or view spectacular sunsets over the beautiful Exe Estuary.

The Annex at Waterfield House in South Devon

The Annex at Waterfield House is a beautiful, light, spacious get away. The bedroom has bifold doors opening to a balcony with views over the Rive Teign estuary down to Shaldon and Teignmouth. The en-suite has a shower and separate bath and there is even a dressing room. Downstairs the entrance opens into the atrium, again with bifold doors opening onto the decking and garden, a lovely spot to enjoy the pastries for breakfast. Loungers are supplied for those lazy moments. Ample parking.

Seaside Retreat *with private outdoor sun deck*

Located on a hill, with only a 7 minute walk to the waterfront, this spacious and beautifully decorated apartment is the perfect get away for couples, with ample space for a travel cot. As well as a designated parking space in this gated property, the apartment boasts a private entrance, which leads directly out to the decked area, a great place to watch the sun set through the trees each evening. There are two bathrooms for convenience, and a well equipped kitchen to accommodate you.

The Dawlish Hideaway

Our newly created bijou apartment is ideal for two people, although there's a sofabed should you wish to have two children staying too. We're a five minute walk to Dawlish town centre, the nearest beach and railway station. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to self cater. The bed is a standard double with storage. The accommodation is not suitable for people with limited mobility. There are 12 steps down to the unit. Well behaved dogs are welcome. On-street parking.
