Attractive and stylish period property with fresh neutral decor and plenty of space. High ceilings and original features. Location great, at start of one of the main roads out of town, less than 5 mins from train station. Town centre walkable in 10 - 15 mins through an established Victorian residential area around Lovers’ Walk. River / Whitesands area 15 - 20 mins walk. Easy parking for the property on adjacent side streets. Bus route too (Dumfries to Lockerbie). Property is on the ground floor of a 3 storey townhouse, with around 10 steps up to front door. Dumfries town centre and surroundings have lots to offer. Robert Burns’ House and Centre, Gracefield Art Gallery, River Nith and Dock Park, town Museum, small cinema, plus shops including M&S, a large old Dept Store (Barbour’s), and independent shops such as Flourish, for local gifts etc. Plenty of cafés, restaurants and pubs.

Natasha was helpful and responsive- replied within a couple of minutes of my messages. We arrived after midnight and the man at the front desk was so kind and helpful, he even went down to the garage to make sure we got in safely and carried our bags up to the flat for us. My mum was feeling he cold a little (change in season and tired) and Natasha arranged a thick duvet for her, it arrived within an hour of me asking. The flat is spotlessly clean, beds and pillows very comfortable. I think the only thing missing was a bedside lamp so I could sit up and read in bed but that's no biggie. The flat is right in the middle of Bradford so very easy to get around- we ate at the Karachi (a place my mum used to go to in the 70s!) which was very good and only a short walk away. I was warned about walking alone in Bradford at night but I felt very safe. People were friendly, there was a community police presence on Friday and Saturday night.

Wonderful place to stay, has everything you need. A real home from home. Great communication always quick to reply to message and easy access to property. Clean home with everything you could need and more! Very happy would definitly stay again 5*

Excellent stay! The apartment was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The location was great and within easy walking distance to restaurants, shopping, etc.

The Verdant apartment is a wonderful place to stay. I was in town for a conference, but tend to prefer a bit more space than a hotel. This gave me space to work, prepare my own breakfasts and relax in the evenings. The flat is comfortable and beautifully decorated with a modern feel, and has great facilities and appliances. Its location is perfect (and I recommend The Inn opposite for a terrific pint of Timothy Taylor’s Landlord). Parking in the nearby Jubilee car park is also very convenient. I’ll certainly be back!

A lovely apartment which was clean & fresh upon check-in. The location was great for what we needed and the host was reliable and responsive! The only downfall was the size of the sofa bed. Despite saying it was double, there was no way 2 people could fit and sleep on there. Thank you ☺️

Loved our stay here!! Jamie was great & the house is stunning. We enjoyed the hot tub and the house had everything we needed and more. We had a walk into the local town and had the local Chinese too it was lovely, would 100% recommend.

Very nice place, stayed as we were going to a family wedding, Ian was very helpful when asking how close to the venue, very quick at responding and the house felt like a home, would deffinately reccomend

The property was perfect - well maintained and clean. It is also very well equipped and comfortable, and ideal for a family. Arun was a super responsive host. Situated on a quiet street off West Road, it is a perfectly located for public transporting easy access to the centre of Newcastle. Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic few days away in this house. there was plenty of space for two families of four and a dog. The enclosed garden and garden furniture were a great addition, especially as the weather was lovely while we were there. Would definitely book again in the future.

Great place to stay. The house exceeded our expectations and the photos do not do it justice. We stayed over the Christmas period and the house was festively decorated. Spotlessly clean with the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept in. Everything you could need was provided for our stay. It is around 15-20 minute walk into town and the canal path there provided a lovely walk. We really enjoyed clocking up our steps ending with a visit to the many lovely pubs that Skipton has to offer. Highly recommend

Great accommodation in a great location, right in the middle of Hebden Bridge.

Only stayed for one night. The place was clean tidy and very cosy. The only bad thing was that we didn’t stay longer

The house is beautiful, very clean, we had everything we needed. It is the nicest and cleanest house we have stayed in on vacation.I would definitely recommend, the area is very beautiful.

We stayed for one night while visiting family and what a great find this is. It’s a great location in the middle of town, super easy to get to and beautifully presented. The apartment was spotless and filled with really thoughtful and personal touches which made us feel so welcome! I thoroughly recommend this as a place to stay.

We had a lovely stay. The apartment is finished to a high standard. You can hear a small bit of noise from the other apartment, but nothing that bothered us. It’s right by the river with a small balcony to sit on. It’s well located with around a 20 min drive to Windermere. Sophie and Mark were very responsive on messages.

A beautifully furnished apartment, immaculately clean and in a lovely location. Great to sit on the Balcony in the evening sun. Glynn was an excellent host making us very welcome & assisting us with the bike storage. We enjoyed cycling and walking in the very picturesque local areas. The steam train is a short walk away and is a great ride linked with the boat trip to Bowness. The Motor Museum is well worth a visit and food in the cafe is excellent, nice to sit in the peaceful surroundings at the side of the river. This is by far the nicest Airbnb we have stayed in and I would certainly recommend!!

This apartment is very spacious - bigger than it appears in the photos. It is well equipped, warm and comfortable. There are useful instructions for all the appliances etc. It was lovely to have a view of the bay from the kitchen and one of the bedrooms. The location is central but peaceful and the private parking space is very useful. You can walk to the promenade in under 10 minutes. Communication with Carina was very prompt, friendly and efficient.

This was our 2nd stay at Paul's place. Its a lovely peaceful apartment, immaculately presented and just a short walk to the town center. Paul's communication was spot on and the bread, milk and little birthday cake were appreciated. I have already recommended Paul's placd to family members.

The flat was impeccably clean and tidy, check in also very easy. Pricing is top end for similarly sized accommodation, but given location and amenities in the flat, not excessive. Recommended!

Truly wonderful and stylish flat in fabulous location for all that Ilkley has to offer. The flat was comfortable, warm, had everything we needed and felt secure and private. The bonus of a parking space at the back of the property (having unloaded at the front) was brilliant. The owners had left plenty of UHT milks, teabags, coffee, herbs and spices, oil, washing powder, dishwasher tablets and so on which meant we really were off to a good start in the kitchen - best of all were the amazing bright yellow yolked fresh eggs from their own hens which was a really lovely touch (when available) There are several mini flights of stairs to get up which was fine for us.

Host was incredible! Fast responses, went the extra mile and a really lovely person. Beautiful, spacious apartment presented very well upon arrival. Super close to shops, restaurants and bars. Wonderful little stay xx
