The accommodation is central to many attractions and is a 10 minute walk to the beach, town centre, Paignton Zoo, Waterslide Park, Leisure Centre and Swimming Pool. The bus and train stations are also 10 minutes walk and give easy access to visit Torquay, Brixham, Exeter & Plymouth A great space to explore everything that Paignton has to offer.

Sleeping 6 in 3 double bedrooms there is a large kitchen diner , sitting room with log burner , bathroom with bath and separate shower and a downstairs cloakroom . The enclosed small garden to the rear offers lovely views and the opportunity to star gaze at night . We allow flexible check in and check out times if there are no bookings either side. One dog is welcome for a booking fee of £60.
