It is within walking distance to the town where you will find award-wining restaurants and pubs, a market and independent shops. Only two miles to Dartmoor National Park. A Victorian miners' cottage, part of the Tamar Valley World Heritage Site, it is cosy and refurbished to a high standard. A dedicated parking space is available on the property A 10 min drive to stunning Cornish beaches and the coastal path 10 min to Portreath Harbour and beach is the starting point for the the`Atlantic highway` leading to the golden mile of beaches at Godrevey and Gwithian. The coastal path offers walks and stunning view points along the way. Falmouth, Penzance and Newquay are easy drives from the cottage.

The cottage is bright and airy, well decorated with quality furnishings, Large gardens with shrubs, flowers, trees, Jacuzzi, swings and trampoline. There is a well fitted kitchen, utility and large Conservatory. Our dog friendly cottage sits 100 metres from the lane, where parking is available. Tucked away in a quiet, rural location, but just a few minutes’ drive from the award-winning Woolacombe beach, our dog-friendly holiday cottage offers every home comfort plus a little touch of luxury. We designed Bay Tree Cottage to be a home away from home, with plenty of special touches that make it a place you’ll remember. Set in the private, landscaped grounds of Willingcott Valley, summer guests (June to Sept) will also have access to the heated outdoor swimming pool.
