Bozion Barn - Views & Camel trail to Padstow

Completely away from it all, yet near to Padstow and Wadebridge, Bozion Barn lies in a delightful south-facing position above the River Camel valley with its cycle trail to the moors or Padstow. Its elevated position allows for views across the valley and a patchwork of fields and woods beyond. This traditional Cornish stone barn retains many of its former features. The sandy north-coast surfing beaches, Port Issac, Tintagel, Eden project an easy drive away. A tranquil retreat awaits on return.

These include the original water wheel, low doorways, beams and millstones which all set off this historical gem. The cottage is beautifully furnished with a classical elegence and features its own private terrace for alfresco eating, private gardens and stream. With easy access to the North Cornish Coast and Camel Estuary you will never be short of something to do.

Shop and fish and chip shop within walking distance. You will need to drive 20-30 minutes for beaches and larger towns.

Garden chalet - perfect for couple and 2 children

Drackdom is a very cute small self contained flat or chalet in a quiet rural hamlet one mile outside Wadebridge. It has 2 areas, including a living/dining/kitchen space, a separated bedroom with a double bed and 2 bunks only suitable for children up to 12 years old and a shower wet- room/loo. It's insulated, has a log-burner, TV, wifi and its own garden with outside eating area with a fishpond fountain. Drackdom was entirely re-furbished in 2019. There is ample parking on the property.

The Lugger is a stunning property completed in 2023. Situated up a private bumpy lane, once through the gates you will be free from the hustle and bustle and a lovely quiet space awaits you with off road parking and a sunny patio. It is located at the bottom of our garden, but has separate pedestrian and vehicular access. Only a 5 minute walk into Wadebridge and Camel Trail, the town boasts some lovely independent shops, restaurants, bars and bike hire.
