Energieneutraal knus vakantiehuisje

Houten huisje, zelf gebouwd in 2020. Grotendeels met gerecycled materiaal. Op het huisje liggen maar liefst 20 zonnepanelen! De balken en de nok is lekker in het zicht gebleven, wat een ruimtelijk effect geeft. Een stalraampje uit de boerderij waar Karin geboren is, is in de nok verwerkt. De oude gele klinkertjes uit die boerderij vormen het terras, samen met de plavuizen uit de kelder. Als surprise heeft manlief voor Karin een hart gemaakt in het terras! Al met al een fijne plek om te vertoeven

Er liggen grote badlakens en badjassen klaar. De guesthouse heeft een fijne zithoek met smart-TV met netflix Extra verplichte kosten: Gebruik van de sauna en jacuzzi: € 50.- per nacht Schoonmaakkosten: € 65 euro per verblijf. A wonderful holiday for everyone. That is possible in this comfortable, homely, warm and cosy holiday home with a lovely garden. It is beautifully situated: on a quiet, spacious park (Sollasi), 2 km from the beach, near a recreational lake and close to cosy villages and cities (such as Noordwijk, Zandvoort, Leiden, Haarlem, Amsterdam and The Hague). So plenty to do but also lovely to "come home" to after a day at the beach or an outing.

Cosy "Pelican Dune", minutes away from the beach.

"Pelican Dune" is a newly available small holiday home only a few hundred meters away from the beach. This comfortable house is located at Dobbelmanduin in the beautiful village Noordwijk aan Zee. Dobbelmanduin is a peaceful neighborhood. The main shopping street with plenty of shops, a supermarket and bakery are only a few minutes walk away. So are the 2 main boulevards with the restaurants and bars. Pelican Dune has his own entrance.

Beach House Parallel (free Parking) near the sea

Beach House Parallel is only 100 meter from the beach. Private entrance. You have your own living room, kitchen block, bedroom and bathroom. The Boulevard with bars and restaurants, the main street with shops & boutiques are only a 5 minute walk from the house. There is room for 2 people and a baby up to 3 years (baby bed) Note that the house is near the promenade and it can therefore be a bit noisy from the road

Renovated “Sand” near the beach!

Mijn compleet gerenoveerd zomerhuisje staat op kleine loopafstand van het gezellige dorpscentrum, het strand, de zee en de duinen. Ik heb erg veel liefde en aandacht besteed aan de inrichting, het huisje is van alle moderne gemakken voorzien. (geniet maar van de vloerverwarming :) De prive ingang brengt je op een sfeervol buitenplaatsje met eigen toegang. Ik heb een sleutel kastje voor eventueel zelf-check in.

Along (swimming) canal, 10 minutes from Amsterdam

Ilpendam is a picturesque village 10 minutes' drive from Amsterdam. In the morning, you see the sun rise on the horizon, in the evening you dine on the jetty by the water while grebes and coots swim by. From this oasis of calm, you can explore the beautiful Waterland region or visit the bustling city. Every 5 minutes a bus goes to Amsterdam and within 15 minutes you are in the city centre.
