Close to Torbay, and Dartmoor National Park, by car 15 minutes to Torquay, 20 minutes to Exeter and 30 minutes to Dartmouth. 2 hours 30 minutes to London by train. Coombe Cellars bar and restaurant is 250m along the foreshore. Templer way footpath passes the front of the property. (Haytor to Teignmouth)

The Annex at Waterfield House in South Devon

The Annex at Waterfield House is a beautiful, light, spacious get away. The bedroom has bifold doors opening to a balcony with views over the Rive Teign estuary down to Shaldon and Teignmouth. The en-suite has a shower and separate bath and there is even a dressing room. Downstairs the entrance opens into the atrium, again with bifold doors opening onto the decking and garden, a lovely spot to enjoy the pastries for breakfast. Loungers are supplied for those lazy moments. Ample parking.

Away from the crowds, our Comfortable fully self contained well equipped lodge is set in a beautiful quiet Devon village close to the sea and Moors. The accommodation offers privacy and the facilities needed for a pleasant stay. With good views over the river Teign its an ideal getaway with lots of nearby walks and the coast to explore. A lovely quaint 300 year old cottage in the small village of Combeinteignhead Strong cleaning protocol. A beautiful appointed kitchen/diner with low beamed ceiling.Lounge has original oak beams and wood stove. Bedroom with 4 poster bed and one double bedroom Bed settee in the living room. Shower and claw foot bath. Private parking is available directly outside the cottage. The courtyard at the back has furniture for outside dining. Two well behaved dogs allowed with prior agreement.

Situated in 1/2 acre of beautiful private grounds in the Devon village of Combeinteignhead overlooking the River Teign. The hut was completed in 2021 and is furnished and equipped to a high standard. Features a brand new kitchen shower room & electric woodburner. Outside there is a wood fired hot tub and various seating areas.
