Characterful and spacious terraced house, over one hundred years old, centrally located only 1 mile approx 10/15 mins hill walk or 2 mins walk to the bus stops to the beautiful and historic Durham city.Free and private parking to the rear of property situated at the end of a small back lane and permit off street parking to the front. Train station is 1 mile away Durham university is 1.6 mile away Durham university hospital is 2 mile away. We welcome dogs but please check them in when booking
