This brand new modern 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment sits on one of the most privileged locations in Manuel Antonio: walking distance from the locals’ hang out beach spot known as “Playitas”, yet also just a short distance to some of the best restaurants, bars and activities in this world-famous destination. Equipped with a full kitchen, washer & dryer, parking lot, high speed Wifi internet, beautiful ocean and forest views from all rooms, private plunge pool and ample terrace. The apartment sits level with the forest canopy that frames a unique view of the ocean and the iconic “Toro Amarillo” island just off the coast. The design allows beautiful forest and ocean views from every room while ensuring absolute privacy & security inside. The only neighbors you will see are the local wildlife hanging out in the rainforest in front of the terrace. This is part of a wildlife corridor, so all three types of monkeys (white faces-titi & howler), 2 & 3 toe sloths, agoutis, toucans, macaws and more colorful birds pass by as part of their daily routine, providing plenty of photographic opportunities from the comfort of this unique apartment. This amazing, impeccably finished unit is equipped with a full kitchen, sit up island, living area with Smart TV, king size bed, large closets, air conditioner, washer & dryer, parking lot, high speed Wifi internet, beautiful ocean and forest views from all rooms, private jacuzzi style plunge poo, two-sided terrace with outdoor gas grill and ample furniture to enjoy the magnificent ocean & jungle views. Maid service is provided every other day during your stay except on sundays and costaricans holidays. GETTING TO THE APARTMENT By Air: We recommend you fly into the Juan Santamaría International Airport in San José (SJO). If you want to take a domestic flight to QPX the Quepos Airport (15 minute flight) check for local connections at the same airport. Consider there is a luggage allowance in domestic flights. There are options to book a charter flight, ask your concierge for a quote. From the Quepos Airport we can help you organize a private shuttle to your villa. Private Ground Transportation: Contact us for information on a private shuttle. The driver will meet you at the airport's exit upon your arrival. The drive takes about 2.5. hours straight, but the driver may stop along the way at your convenience for sightseeing, grabbing a bite or grocery shopping. Improved internet. Upper condo of a classic Costarican Villa, in a safe gated community in the heart of the rainforest with 6 other villas. Big balcony with lounge sofa, rocking chair and dining area, full kitchen, 2 bedrooms with A/C, large bathroom with shower, washer and dryer. The shared pool and jacuzzi (not heated) are directly under the balcony. In the beautiful jungle garden are often seen monkeys, Iguanas and Parrots. Tip Top Ocean View Studio, Heart of Manuel Antonio

This is the place to be if you want to walk EVERYWHERE! Great ocean view, full AC, and a quiet very safe area. There are several restaurants (including Agua Azul and Emilio's) within 2 minutes walking, a supermarket, and the most famous coffee houses too! A bus stop is 100 yards away if you wanted to Visit Manuel Antonio park (3 min ride to park, $1 bus passes every 20 minutes). You can also walk to Manuel Antonio in about 20 minutes and see tons of Monkeys, Sloths, Macaws and maybe a toucan!

Casa Tucan is a beautiful, modern and cozy loft located in Manuel Antonio. Less than 10 minutes from Manuel Antonio national Park. Airconditioned loft with a queen bed and sofa bed to comfortably sleep up to 4 adults. Kitchen fully furnished, gas stove, fridge, microwave, coffeemaker and everything you need to prepare a good diner. You can see toucans, monkeys, macaws and many other fauna from the balcony. Beautiful condo with 2 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms! Right on the beach in a secure gated condo community. The kitchen has a reverse osmosis system for drinking water. At the beach you can look for sloths, lizards, parrots, & more. The pools are amazing! The condo is located 19 miles from Jaco & 21 miles from beautiful Manuel Antonio National Park. There is a supermarket & numerous restaurants across the street from the gated community. 1 designated parking spot. Internet 250 Mbps

This special place is a short walk to the main grocery, bus stop and the downtown Manuel Antonio area, making it easy to access restaurants and stores. The house has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. 3 of the bedrooms on the upper level have AC and the 4th on the lower does not. The beach is a short drive about 1 mile depending on what one you choose. There is secured parking for 2 cars and a beautiful garden for relaxing. We have monkeys, birds and other animals visit daily.
