The location is on a hill overlooking Totnes with expansive views towards Dartmoor. It is a 12-15 minute walk into town. The property has off road parking for two cars.

Upstairs there is a double bedroom with views across Dartmoor and an en-suite bathroom/wet room.

No TV but complete with wifi, books, games, well equipped kitchen, study, bathroom, two bedrooms, central heating and cosy sitting room with woodburner.

In addition our gates give you direct access to the open moor and the Mariners' way footpath runs through the farm.
