Il Casale è circondato da 6ha di terra e si trova a 7Km dal Ponte Tibetano di Sellano, a 20 da Rasiglia, a 20 da Norcia, a 28 da Cascia e a 8 dalle Terme di Triponzo. Vicino al Parco Nazionale dei Sibillini e ai fiumi Corno e Nera, dove stagionalmente è possibile pescare e praticare rafting, è ideale per la vita all'aria aperta. Lasciata la macchina al parcheggio libero si dovranno percorrere 200mt a piedi per raggiungere questa casetta nel cuore di un bosco ed incastonata in una grande roccia. Tutto intorno si possono svolgere piacevoli passeggiate fino alla diga del Rio Grande. Molto adatto per un weekend rilassante e a stretto contatto con la natura. Adatto a coppie (anche con animali) che cercano relax, dal caos delle città e che vogliono per un po fuggire dalle responsabilità e lo stress della vita.

Refined and elegant medieval house, just renovated, 90 Sq. m., located in the beautiful square of the village of Saragano. Equipped with all the comforts, with attention to the smallest details, the furnishings also includes antique furniture. It has 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen with all appliances including a dishwasher, a living room with a double sofa bed and a landing overlooking the square. Possibility of extra bed or cot enfant.

The villa is located at 500 meters above sea-level, at 17 km from Perugia, 20 km from Assisi and 20 km from Gubbio. The panoramic location is very suggestive and quiet. The apartments was recently renewed and is equipped with everything needed for short or long stays. In the large park there are pets, donkeys and peacocks. Perugia airport is only 13 km.

Deliziosa casetta bifamiliare immersa nella pace delle verdi colline umbre, a soli 15 minuti dal centro di Perugia, e a pochissima distanza dalle più belle località umbre. Relax, intimità, oltre ad essere vicina a tutte le comodità. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, chi viaggia per lavoro, famiglie (con bambini)
