This is a lovely 2-story apartment on the top floors of an historical townhouse that dates to the 1820s or 1830s. It is located on a quiet side street, about a 5-minute walk to the train station. There are 3 trains per hour connecting to Zurich, which takes 55-70 minutes. It is a 10 minute walk to either of 2 very good grocery stores, to a pleasant park, and to the Thermalbad, which is not to be missed. Spring through autumn, there is a small farmer's market held at the church plaza only 2 blocks from the house. It is a 10-12 minute walk to the banks of the Rhine River and a walking path. The apartment itself has everything one needs to have an espresso in the morning or to cook 3 meals a day. All of the appliances and furnishings are comfortable and fresh--there is a clean Scandinavian style. The 2 bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs. The bed in the main bedroom is the most comfortable bed I have slept on in a very long time. The bathroom has modern fixtures, a luxurious soaking tub, and a large shower. The entrance brings you into a small, beautifully gardened courtyard and covered stairway to the apartment. There is a porch at the entrance with a table and chairs to enjoy the outdoors and view over terracotta rooftops to the hills beyond. This is a sweet haven with kind, available hosts, a place to enjoy the pace of a small town and amazing hot spring spa yet be close enough to Zurich to easily spend the day there as well. With a car, it's about a 30 minute drive to the airport and even to Zurich outside rush hours, but the train is so much calmer.

la casa es perfecta para unas vacaciones, está muy bien acondicionada y bien ubicada. La cocina tiene todos los preparativos para su uso. El baño también tiene de todo. Aconsejo está vivienda para visitar Suiza. Además, la dueña es encantadora.

Mein Aufenthalt in diesem Airbnb war einfach großartig! Amer war unglaublich freundlich, stets gut erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft selbst war wunderschön, makellos sauber und in einer ruhigen, idyllischen Umgebung gelegen. Alles in allem war es ein perfekter Aufenthalt ich kann diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Ich möchte herzlich das B&B von Maja und Urs für eine außergewöhnliche Erfahrung empfehlen. Bei meiner Ankunft wurde ich mit einer unvergleichlichen Gastfreundschaft begrüßt, und ich möchte sie für die Qualität und Professionalität ihres Empfangs loben. Die von mir gewählte Wohnung entsprach perfekt der Beschreibung, und die Ausstattung war einwandfrei und bot allen notwendigen Komfort für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Darüber hinaus ist die Lage sowohl leicht erreichbar als auch äußerst ruhig und entspannend. Umgebung bietet zahlreiche Möglichkeiten für Spaziergänge und Erkundungen. Zusammenfassend, wenn Sie nach einer Unterkunft suchen, die außergewöhnliche Gastfreundschaft, Komfort und eine friedliche Umgebung bietet, empfehle ich Ihnen nachdrücklich, bei Maja und Urs zu buchen. Ihr B&B ist ein wahrer Schatz, und ich habe dank ihnen einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt erlebt. Franziska is a superhost in every sense of the word. Her apartment is modern, exactly as described. It is located in a quit, residential area, a little Swiss village, not far from Zürich. There is everything you might need for shorter and longer stays. The car park is right outside the apartment, very close to the accommodation and safe. The bed is comfortable, I really enjoyed a good night’s sleep. Communication with Franziska is as easy it can be, she is keen to help with a travelers small problems. She is a humorous and friendly person which makes the stay a pleasure. If you want to explore this part of Switzerland, this is the place to stay. Easy choice next time I will be around, very highly recommendable!

Gemütliche und helle 2-Zimmerwohnung mit Balkon

Die erste Wohnung an der Badstrasse Nr. 50 ist genau so wie auf den Bildern. Die Kommunikation mit Leandra ist sehr gut. Da wir anfangs eine andere Wohnung gebucht hatten, welche aber dann doch nicht frei war hat uns Leandra schnell und sehr unkompliziert eine alternative angeboten. Die erste Wohnung hat alles was man braucht und ist sauber. Heute werden wir in die Ursprüngliche Wohnung gehen und sind schon gespannt. Die Gegend ist sehr schön. Zufuss erreicht man den Bahnhof in wenigen Minuten. Wenn wir länger bleiben, würden wir wieder eine Wohnung bei Leandra buchen. Da es viele verschiedene zu Auswahl hat ist auch bestimmt für jeden etwas dabei vom exzellenten Preis Leistungsverhältnis abgesehen.

Wie immer war die Wohnung sauber und super ausgestattet. Wir kamen während unserer Weiterbildung immer gerne in diese Wohnung. Leandra ist freundlich, proaktiv und antwortet sehr schnell.

I had a very comfortable stay at Karina’s spacious apartment. It strikes a unique balance between a professional business suite and a creative home—spotlessly clean, thoughtfully organised, and fully equipped. The location is beautiful. It was the ideal base for my work trip to Zurzach, and I would happily return for a leisurely visit as well. Karina is a friendly and very well-organised host.

Die Wohnung war sauber, ist gut eingerichtet und gut gelegen. Leandra erlaubte uns länger als vorgesehen in der Wohnung zu bleiben. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen.
