Der grosse Dachüberstand in Richtung Weiher stellt zusätzlichen Aufenthaltsraum zum ebenerdigen 34m² Studio zur Verfügung. Das Grundstück mit 1.000m² Westhang ist sonnenverwöhnt. Die Aussicht auf den Vierwaldstättersee, zum Pilatus, hinauf zur Rigi oder zu den liebenswürdigen Alpakas ist wunderbar. Umliegend hat es zwei weitere Campingfässer sowie fünf Campingpods.
