This spacious penthouse is located just in the middle of downtown of Zurich and only a few steps away from the main train station. With walking distance to the lake/ river, you will find many restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets and attractions. Offering 3 bedrooms (1 ensuite), 2nd bathroom, equipped kitchen with dinning area, living room and a balcony. On the second floor is the big gallery, a spare room accommodating 2 people and the access to the huge rooftop terrace with BBQ and dinning.

A 5-minute walk to the tram stop allows easy connections to the main station (12 min) and airport (35 min).

Küche mit Food Center und Eiswürfelmaschine, Mikrowelle, Steamer, Abwaschmaschine, Heissluftbackofen, Nespresso Kaffeemaschine. Gefiltertes und gekühltes Wasser direkt aus dem Wasserhahn - mit und ohne Kohlensäure. Für die ganze Aufenthaltszeit steht ein Apple iPad zur Verfügung. Sehr ruhig gelegen und doch nahe des Zentrums.
