The house is 2 minutes from metro Schenkel and 10 minutes from University. Rotterdam Alexander intercity station is 7 minutes with metro and city center is 13 minutes with metro. The house also has a washing machine and kitchen furniture is included. The total space of the house is 110m2.

Het gehele appartement op de bovenverdieping is van alle gemakken voorzien. Het beschikt over een eigen keuken. Deze keuken is voorzien van pannen, servies en glazen, koelkast, waterkoker, combi-magnetron en inductie kookplaat. Badkamer met douche en toilet, 2 aparte slaapkamers (1 slaapkamer met tweepersoonsbed en 1 slaapkamer met 2 kleinere eenpersoonsbedden 75 cm breed) en een gezellige woonkamer. Gratis WiFi. De begane grond en eerste verdieping zijn prive.

My place is close to public transport, train station and metro station. You will love my space for the outdoor space, the comfortable bed, the light and the neighborhood. My space is suitable for solo adventurers and business travelers. It is a single room with bed, wardrobe, and workplace with desk and office chair for work. Een leuk klein appartement dicht bij Rotterdam

Een locatie met veel voorzieningen in de buurt. supermarkt, snackbar, Poolse supermarkt met vers voedsel, winkelcentrum en restaurants. Een rustige omgeving maar toch met de gemakken van de stad Rotterdam. Rotterdam is eenvoudig te bereiken met de bus, metro of trein. Het is een appartementencomplex met eigen huisregels waar streng op wordt toegezien door de mede-eigenaren van het pand.
