Der "Kranichhof" liegt nur wenige Minuten vom Badesee entfernt im alten Dorf. Es gibt einen großen Obstgarten und Pferdekoppeln. Das Appartment: 1 Wohn-/Schlafraum mit Miniküche und Esstisch sowie einem schönen neuen Duschbad. Die Unterkunft ist sehr hübsch und behaglich - gut für Paare und Alleinreisende. Reisebett für Kleinkinder für € 15/Tag. Bei nur 1 Übernachtung berechnen wir einen Wäschezuschlag von €10 pro Person. Haustiere nur auf Anfrage erlaubt - die Gebühr pro Tier beträgt €15/Tag.

Willkommen in Berlin Mahlsdorf! Hier wartet eine schlichte Einzimmerwohnung mit Bad auf Dich. Der Ort ist eine gute Rückzugsmöglichkeit im Trubel der Großstadt und trotzdem gut angebunden: 5 Gehminuten zur Straßenbahn nach Köpenick 7 Gehminuten bis zur S-Bahnstation Mahlsdorf 35 Minuten mit der Linie S5 bis zum Alexanderplatz Direkt an der Bundesstraße 1. Trotz allem ist es ruhig hier. Der Eingang zur Wohnung ist vom Haus getrennt und mit einem eigenem Schlüssel ausgestattet. Kommt vorbei!

Die Wohnung befindete sich im Erdgeschoss. Hinter dem Haus stehen kostenfreie Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung ist 15 min vom Flughafen BER entfernt. Ein Shuttleserivice ist nach Absprache möglich.

Mini Apartment Altbau Prenzlauer Berg

Hier erwartet Dich ein Mini- Apartment (18qm) mit allem was man für einen Aufenthalt von ein paar Tagen braucht. Bett, Küche und Dusche sind offen gestaltet und sorgen dafür, daß man sich nicht eingeengt fühlt, trotz der wenigen Quadratmeter. Das WC hat eine eigene Türe. Gelegen im 4. Stock eines sanierten Altbaus in der beliebten Winsstraße, eigener Eingang und Aussicht nach hinten ins Grüne (kein Aufzug). Auch wir wohnen in dem Haus und helfen gerne bei Fragen oder mit Tipps.
