Romantic coach house next to the bridge of spies!

Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Flat just outside of Berlin

Generous and light flat with own patio just outside of Berlin: 3km to Müggelsee, 21km to Alexanderplatz, 6km to Berliner Ring (dual carriageway into the city). If you’re arriving late we can provide breakfast for your first morning (12€), please just let us know beforehand. Public transport is a 5 minutes walk, and by tram and train it takes ca. 45 minutes to get to the centre of Berlin. If you prefer discovering the city and surrounding areas by bike, we also have two rental bikes available.

Wir lieben Kontraste - Im Schloss Lanke vermieten wir im Dachgeschoss ein großzügiges 100 qm großes Loft. Ein Schloss-Loft. Außen französische Neorenaissance, Innen dezenter Minimalismus. Urbaner Wohnkomfort trifft die üppige Natur des Naturparks Barnim. Beide zusammen schaffen den perfekten Rahmen für Ruhe, Entspannung und Entschleunigung. Im Schloss Lanke befinden sich neben Ferienwohnungen die Wohnungen der Eigentümer sowie Büroflächen im Erdgeschoss. Wir respektieren unsere Privatsphären.

Das freistehende Ferienhaus (ca. 70 qm) mit 3 Zimmern, Küche, Bad einer großen Terasse und eigenem Garten befindet sich in idyllischer, ruhiger Waldrandlage in Schulzendorf und ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen nach Berlin und Brandenburg (z.B. Potsdam, Tropical Island, Spreewald). Im Sommer laden die Badewiese am Zeuthener See und das Freibad am Miersdorfer See zum Baden ein. Gastronomie und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in den Ortszentren Schulzendorf, Eichwalde und Zeuthen.

DasGeburtshaus der "Marlene Dietrich. Im 3. Stock im Hinterhaus befindet sich das Apartment. Es wurde renoviert in einem Stil, der Elemente eines Industrielooks und der, der 50 Jahre. Das Apartment hat 43 qm und ist ein offener Raum. Das Bad ist mit einer Glaswand vom Wohnraum getrennt. Die Küche ist offen in den Wohnraum integriert. Der Schlafplatz ist auf einem Podest. Es gibt auch ein WLan.. Vor der Türe halten 2 Buslinien,. Anbindung an die S-Bahn ist nur ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

Die Unterkunft liegt am wunderschönen Teupitzer See, der sich zum Baden und aller Art Wassersport eignet. Das Haus ist neu erbaut worden und verfügt über allerhand moderner Gadgets die das Wohnen äußerst komfortabel machen. Die Inneneinrichtung wurde dem Apartment am See hell und zeitgemäß angepasst. Ein Kingsize-Boxspringbett lädt ein, einen aktiven Tag in der Brandenburger Natur gemütlich ausklingen zu lassen. Außerdem erwarten unsere Gäste köstliche Teesorten und Nespresso Kaffee.

Das exklusive Loft direkt am Spreeufer im hippen Kreuzberg befindet sich in einer ehemaligen Marmeladenfabrik. Direkt am Spreeufer gelegen besticht es durch den direkten Wasserblick. Auf den geräumigen Balkonen in der 5. Etage genießt ihr einzigartige Berliner Sonnenauf-und Untergänge. Der Ausblick auf die East-Side-Gallery und die Oberbaum-Brücke ist einzigartig. Die Wohnung bietet viel Platz zum Chillen und ist perfekt für Sportler – mit einer Schaukel und einem eigenem Gym.

We rent out a comfortable and fully equipped A-Frame cabin only 5 minutes away from the Zernsdorfer Lake. The perfect place to relax in nature but still enjoy the sights ob Berlin. Enjoy the beautiful lake landscape of Brandenburg in summer or relax in front of the fireplace during the winter months.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer neu sanierten Remise aus dem Jahr 1900 in Berlin. Das Haus lässt sich über das Vorderhaus an der Mittenwalderstrasse 8 erschließen und liegt im ruhigen Innenhof. Die 70qm große Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Obergeschoss und ist über eine Treppe erreichbar. Das Herzstück ist die große, helle Küche mit großzügiger Ausstattung und einem Essbereich.
