Stone house, jacuzzi, center, 200m from the beach

Franco is a traditional Dalmatian stone house in the center of the old town of Omis. It was completely renovated between 2014 and 2017, and turned into a small architectural jewel. Renovations were done in cooperation with historical preservation experts to ensure compliance with the original architecture of an old Dalmatian house. Work was performed by an expert architect, who carefully ensured that each detail was authentic in creation of a perfect synthesis of traditional building methods and modern materials. Apartment Family - Stress is not an option

Perfect housing for families, provides there rooms, one for adults with privat bathroom, other two sheeting central bathroom that have jacuzzi bath tab. Living room have big sofa facing terrace and 55 inch UHD smart TV. Full size full equipped kitchen with big table for all guests. Other dining possibilities on seaview terrace. All indor areas air-conditioned. One floor down swimming pool with shade area equipped with big garden sofa, child toys and electric bike. Nice grill area.

Beautiful villa / heated rooftop pool & jacuzzi

This beautiful modern four bedroom villa is located in Trogir - on part which is on island Ciovo and its connected with bridge to old town .Villa is positioned on a little sunny hill with private roof swimming pool and whirlpool ideal for enjoying the warm Dalmatian sun . It is overlooking the promenade of Trogir and it has a spectacular sea view. Location is residential but only a ten minute walk to centre of Trogir and a fifteen minute taxi ride from Split Airport.
