Dit mooie 2 kamerappartement is gelegen in het appartementencomplex de 'Rotonde', op etage 1. (lift aanwezig) Het prachtige uitzicht op zee en de boulevard is onbeschrijfelijk mooi. Het appartement heeft een heerlijk balkon, waar u  kunt genieten van de zonsondergang. De badkamer is voorzien van een douche, wastafel en toilet. De keuken is uitgerust met een afwasmachine, magnetron, koelkast, koffiemachine (Nespresso) en waterkoker. Honden zijn welkom, we rekenen €15 per hond per nacht (max. 2)

Het appartement is op loopafstand van hartje centrum, supermarkt, bakker, slager en delicatessen zaakjes en maar 10 minuten fietsen naar het strand van Scheveningen. Het gehele huis is recent verbouwd waarbij we zoveel mogelijk orginele details hebben bewaard.

De studio bevindt zich in het rustige Zandvoort zuid op 5 minuten lopen van het strand en duinen. Onze gasten waarderen de perfecte ligging enorm. De studio is in 2023 geheel gerenoveerd en heeft een andere indeling gekregen. De comfortabele badkamer scheidt het woongedeelte van het slaapgedeelte wat meer privacy biedt. The studio (part of our own house) has it's own entrance, terrace, a living, kitchenette, bathroom and bedroom. Free parking is available. The studio is ideal for two adults. Baby's are welcome untill 9 months.
