This wonderful 170m2 property dates back over 500 yrs. Arranged over three floors, its unique style combines the original features with beautifully designed modern bedrooms and bathrooms. Situated on the water front of Lake Como, the top floor opens out onto a spacious roof terrace providing outside dining, areas to relax, and boasts breath taking views of the lake. Laglio offers a number of places to eat & drink, local shops, a children's play park, a small beach and plenty of parking close by.

CIN IT097084C2SUBU8HR2 Located in a quiet area with a spectacular lake view that can be enjoyed from the private garden, this house is still in the heart of Varenna. Everything (bars, shops, restaurants, station, ferry, beach) are close, within 500 meters, 8 minutes on foot. THE HOUSE IS NOT SUITABLE FOR THOSE WITH WALKING PROBLEMS AS THERE ARE MANY STEPS. The house has no parking, finding parking in Varenna in summer is complicated, it is advisable to arrive by train.

"La baita sugli alberi!!!”

Come la chiamiamo noi "la baita di Dossena” lontano dal paese di un paio di km immersa nel verde lontano da tutti, un vero e proprio paradiso di tranquillità e un ritorno nel passato dove si riassapora la vita di una volta! La casetta sugli alberi inclusa nelle prenotazioni e con due posti letto è l’esperienza che piace a grandi e piccini, quest’ultimi troveranno anche un tappeto elastico e delle altalene!!! Insomma grandi e piccini troveranno entrambi soddisfazioni!
