Incredible Views from a Poolside Oasis

Offering a panoramic view of Stobreč Bay, and river mouth of Žrnovnica, Garden View Villa, just 500 m from nearby beach, offers ravishing view, but also offers comfortable and quiet garden space for private moments. This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. Heated pool, whirpool. Complete rest and peace yet 5 minutes drive distanced from the town Šibenik. Nearby Nacional park Krka and National park Kornati, and little bit more distanced National park Plitvice really gives you the reason to visit this region. Superb house in old dalmatian style is located in spacious yard with the pool, whirpool, children's playground and a Konoba where you can taste delicious Dalmatian cuisine, a lot of beaches to explore. "STEP 2 SEA",as the title says, is beautiful residence for 8 people, situated directly on the beach, in Kaštel Štafilić. It is 500 m2 estate,20 min by car from the Split and 4 km from the Trogir city. Property has three separated antique decorated apartments: 1.&2. on the groundfloor,3. on the first floor,30m2 HEATED pool,outdoor dining area, barbecue, large terrace that leads you up the stairs to the beach. Apartments are rented to the same guests who know each other. WELCOME TO "STEP 2 SEA"!

Nest42 is a cozy waterfront house nested on 630m2 of garden oasis, perfect getaway for two persons that want to chill in shade of trees or take a dip in the sea. House was designed in 70s by famous architect from Split Frane Gotovac so it has unique design compared to other houses in Slatine. In 2019 after renovation it is available to couples or friends who want to escape and have a vacation just for two.

Our loft was created to enjoy. We pay attention to every detail and most of them are unique and tailor-made. The loft has an exit to the huge private terrace with lots of greenery and fantastic view. This condo has two quality AC , one is in living area and the other in the bedroom. You will feel like you are far from the city crowd., but you are just a few steps away from the heart of the city.
