The accommodation is on 2 floors with the lounge/kitchen area, and bathroom + shower downstairs, and a large, double bedroom upstairs, 2 sofa beds + child's sofa bed. It is comfortable for 2-4 people but can sleep up to 5 people with two single sofa beds downstairs. If you need an extra bed, a double bedroom is available in the house. Settle down and relax in this Modern Annexe bedroom which has it's own door and is separate from the rest of the house, leaving you to enjoy your space, privacy and independence. The room is compact, but contains essentials to make your visit comfortable, such as tea and coffee, modern en-suite, shower products, towels, broadband internet and a super comfy bed. Next door to a park, 8 minutes drive to the airport and shops up the road, you'll also enjoy being really conveniently located.

A cosy garden cottage, with separate entrance, private bathroom, bed nook, kitchen and shared garden. A peaceful space from which explore south Manchester and the city. The cottage has a full sized double bed with lots of pillows and a comfy duvet and electric blanket. A large sofa easily accommodates an extra body if you prefer to sleep separately. We also have a travel cot for babies. The cottage is set up for 2 adults, with 2 kids, but not really suitable for more than 3 grown ups.
