Located on a quiet street (no through traffic), the apartment offers a courtyard at the front with parking and a beautiful garden at the back with direct access to the idyllic Lutterbach. Just 30 minutes away is the cultural offer of the trade fair city of Basel with its numerous museums, galleries and events.

cozy Loft in the heart of Basel

The small loft is in the rear house, on the first floor of my former photo studio. It's super SIMPLE, COZY and CLEAN. Everything is in one room and it has a DOUBLE SIZE bed. There's a walk in shower in the flat and a small toilet. The loft is rather unconventional and for young and "uncomplicated" people. I've "built" this loft during the Corona times by myself for visiting friends and family. It‘s not perfect but everyone loved it so far.

Wohnung ist mitten im Dorf und somit sehr zentral gelegen. Restaurants findet man von einfach bis exklusiv, alle gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Mit dem ÖV ist man in 15 Minuten in der Stadt Basel. Die Tramlinie 10 bringt Sie in 26 Minuten in die Basler Innenstadt. In der Umgebung finden Sie mehrere Banken, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, verschiedene Ärzte, Restaurants und vieles mehr. Ausserdem bietet die Umgebung schöne Wanderwege in und um das Leimental herum.
