Sitting on the edge of the countryside you have trains to Zurich and nearby towns together with regular busses into Winterthur. The self contained apartment comprises a king size bed, a king sofa bed, full kitchen, bathroom with double shower, double sinks, washing machine, dryer and a dedicated workspace with monitor & electronic desk. Outside the apartment enjoy the terrace with seating and bbq.

Unser liebevoll ausgebauter Bauwagen steht in idyllischer Lage auf unserem Bauernhof in der Nähe der Pferde. Es grünt und blüht überall um diese kleine, gemütliche Unterkunft herum und gleichzeitig bist du dich direkt im Trubel eines Bauernhofes. Du findest Ruhe und Natur, bist aber in 15 Minuten in Winterthur. Es gibt 2 gemeinschaftlich genutzte WCs, aber ohne Dusche. Der Bauwagen ist ausgestattet mit einem gemütlichen 1,40 x 2 m-Bett und Sitzgelegenheiten, ebenso einer Heizung und Getränken.

In our restored farmhouse we rent a cozy, wheelchair-accessible attic apartment with elevator, spread over 2 floors. The upper bedroom can be reached via a wooden staircase (not wheelchair accessible). My accommodation is in the middle of the village in the countryside, but very close to the nearest cities of Frauenfeld and Winterthur. The bus stop is 100m from the Airbnb. It's ideal for couples, adventurers traveling alone, business trips and families (with children).

Wir sind eine Familie welche den Bauernhof selbst betreibt und freuen uns auf Gäste in unserem extra eingerichteten Gästezimmer. Auf unserem Hof leben momentan ein Hund und Katzen sowie wenige Hühner. Wir machen uns auch laufend Gedanken weitere Tiere anzuschaffen. Es gibt zahlreiche Feldwege für Wanderungen. Die Thur und der Rhein sind in Reichweite und es können schöne Fahrradtouren gemacht werden. Wir helfen gerne mit beim Planen von Aktivitäten.

Zürich in 25 minutes Winterthur in just 16 minutes ideal for commuters or day trips.

Das Zimmer und das ganze Haus sind mit baubiologischen Materialien ausgeführt. Lehmwände, Wand und Deckenheizungen bilden ein angenehmes Klima. Das Haus liegt an ruhiger Lage in der Nähe der Bus- und Bahnlinie in die Stadt. Mit dem Bus wir das zentrum in 7 min. erreicht. Bei Bedarf können wir auch ein Velo organisieren. In Winterthur ist alles einfach mit dem Velo erreichbar. Um das Haus herum gibt es einen wilden Garten mit Feuerstelle.

Ruhiges Wohnen an bester Lage

Genieße diese ruhige, stilvolle Wohnung an zentralster Lage im Dorf in einer Gehminute von der Bushaltestelle. Von dort bist du mit Bus und S-Bahn schnell in Winterthur, Frauenfeld oder Zürich. Die Dachwohnung ist neu und mit qualitativ hochwertigen Materialien ausgebaut. Die Inneneinrichtung ist trendig und mehrheitlich aus Holz, Stoff oder Leder. Es steht ein Tiefgaragenparkplatz zur Verfügung. Für das E-Bike gibt es eine Ladestation.
