The accommodation comprises a large sitting room, wood burning stove, king size bedroom with TV and large ensuite bathroom, with a bath and shower, private terrace overlooking the valley. NO KITCHEN. Colyton is a short drive to some of the best beaches on the famous Jurassic Coast.

There is an external camera which overlooks the gate and driveway and a video doorbell on the gate facing the road.
