It is only minutes away from the beautiful North Cornish coastline with it's sandy stretches of beaches, epic cliff walks and the Bude Sea Pool. Great for surfing, swimming, and various water sports. The Hawthorn Shed is within easy access to a variety of shops, cafes, restaurants, bars, and supermarkets. The Appledown Iyengar Yoga Studio within our garden offers private & general classes.

Come and enjoy a rural retreat in our newly converted barn with unrivalled views over Exmoor and a cosy chic interior. Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

The local pub, a great restaurant, beach café and general stores are all just a few minutes walk from Stay, with nearby Bude offering a healthy range of shops, restaurants and attractions, whilst retaining its Cornish charm.

Felly House Annex

On the boarder of Devon and Cornwall, nestled in the Wolf Valley and within walking distance to Roadford lake. A perfect getaway for up to 4 people with two large roomy bedrooms, a fantastic open living area and a large outdoor decking. There's a whole heap of things to do within the local area - popular excursions are; water sports on the lake, walking and cycling. NB - the annex is not suitable for under 8 (see safety info) Recently added is a three person infra-red Sauna.

All interiors are furnished to a very high level of quality and artistic design. It is set in 50 acres of North Cornish farmland.

On the gateway to Cornwall and Devon, this spacious and dog-friendly detached house is perfect for getting away with family and friends. Bar-K has recently undergone a major renovation and features a large hot tub, sauna, ping pong table, a cinema room with surround sound and a PS5, and a games room with a full-size pool table, a dartboard, and table football. There is private parking for 6 cars, with an EV charge point, a huge decked area and a large, secure garden.

Atlantic 10 is a 2 bedroom fully self contained chalet situated on Widemouth Bay Holiday Village. North Cornwall Beautifully finished with, 2 bedrooms, shower, room, modern kitchen facilities, dinning area, spacious lounge and sun terrace which comfortably sleeps 4 (sorry no pets) situated a few miles from Bude overlooking Widemouth Bay. We have seasonal facilities on site are now OPEN please see the photos for opening hours.

Chalet 45 - Ocean view 2 bedroom holiday home

Chalet 45 was refurbished in 2022 and is an end of terrace chalet set on a holiday resort (Widemouth Bay Holiday Village) in Widemouth Bay. The chalet is available all year round. It is a great location for family holidays and as the South West Coast Path is down the road, it is ideal for walkers too, or just for couples looking for somewhere to relax. With central heating it’s also a fabulous place for a quiet winters break.
