Kom tot rust in het mooie Papenveer! In de omgeving zijn talloze wandel- fiets- en vaarroutes langs velden en plassen. Neem je fiets mee of informeer naar de mogelijkheden! Het huisje heeft een eigen ingang met parkeerplek. U verblijft op ons terrein maar door een scheiding geniet u van volledige privacy. Er is één slaapkamer, badkamer met bad, zitruimte met smartTV en een keukentje met kraan en koffie/thee mogelijkheden. Een losse kookplaat is beschikbaar. Partijen zijn niet toegestaan.

Have fun with the whole family or group of friends in our quirky house. A 700 meter walk from the house is free parking located. As well as paid parking right in front for €26 a day. The house is a 10 minute walk from the city centre of Alkmaar and 7 minutes to the train station. The train can take you directly to Amsterdam in 35 minutes. A return train ticket costs roughly €20 Alkmaar is an old Dutch city just like Amsterdam but smaller. Enjoy the canals great food and cozy atmosphere

De tuin is volledige omheind Papenveer is een knus, huisje voorzien van een moderne keuken en volledig ingerichte badkamer én 2 slaapkamers. Beleef het buiten gevoel op de boerderij en kom overnachten in ‘t Paardenhuysje! Deze knusse accommodatie bevind zich in de stallen, met uitzicht op de dieren. Voorzien van moderne badkamer, heerlijk groot 2 persoonsbed, een eet/zit hoek en een keukentje. Het is mogelijk om een uitgebreid ontbijt bij te boeken voor €10 per persoon per dag. Dit komen wij in de ochtend langs brengen. Ook is het mogelijk je eigen paarden mee te nemen! Strand & Alkmaar zijn dichtbij! Tarief €20 per nacht.

Unique Dutch Miller’s House

Stay in a traditional Dutch Miller’s Cabin beside an authentic 1632 windmill, surrounded by canals and nature in the North Holland countryside. Hand built during the windmill’s restoration, the cabin offers a peaceful and unique stay while still being close to Alkmaar and only 40 minutes from Amsterdam by train. I am a traditional Dutch miller born and raised in Alkmaar, and my American wife, Kelly, and I enjoy sharing this special place with guests from around the world.
