Great value for a lovely quiet retreat for the weekend, easy to get around the North Cornish coast from the location. Accomodation was spotless and very comfortable, would happily stay again as it offered all we need.

this is about our 4th stay over the years at this cottage. love the location (it's so quiet) and set up is really comfortable. Will definitely be back again

Our second time staying here and we loved it just as much as the first time. A home away from home! The cottage is lovely, cosy, and clean with plenty of space as a family of 6 and a dog. Giles was really helpful and we loved all the local recommendations and walks. The location is perfect. Can’t wait to return next year!

The Barn is a marvel. Lovely hosts, excellent little house with everything I could possibly have needed. This is a model of what proper AirBnB should be - us tourists financially supporting local people and their lives/work on Dartmoor. Fab! I'll be back!

brilliant stay at poppy's barn. we're a family of 5 and it felt cosy and homely. the kids loved playing in the garden and slept well in their twin room. beautiful views and peaceful nights, we rested well in the house. in the area, we thoroughly enjoyed exploring trebarwith strand beach at low tide. we visited tintagel, boscastle and port Isaac. great little villages near by. thank you for having us!

The views from Cider Barn are so beautiful. We watched a barn owl hunting over the fields at dusk and dawn and the sound of a tawny owl whit wooing as I was going to sleep was magical! The living room / kitchen / dining is light and open plan and when I was there the sun was streaming in from sunrise to sunset. Loved watching the sunset with the owl hunting! Really enjoyed my stay here. It's an old barn - so the floor boards are a bit creaky but it is a special place.

A lovely stay, had everything you could possibly need - we had two infants with us and loved the amount of space. Felt like we where out in the countryside but only 5mins from a big food shop. Lots of lovely walks nearby

Fab little base for a surfing weekend. Mary was lovely and very helpful. Location is super quiet. Loads of parking. Very safe area. We left the surfboards on the car overnight and didn’t have any concerns whatsoever!

We had such a lovely stay at the barn. The photos really don't do it justice, and I felt like we found a real steal. It was a great base for exploring Glastonbury and ham wall. The beds were comfortable and the house well equipped. We had a small issue with the WiFi and Michelle immediately responded to messages about it and sent someone over to look at it. We asked if we could check out half an hour later and Michelle kindly obliged. I really appreciated her flexibility and how seriously she takes hosting. We hope to stay again

Liz gave us comprehensive instructions as to how to find her place. We really enjoyed our stay, whilst attached to the main house it felt very private with it's own garden. The place was very clean and had lots of natural light, combined with the near constant birdsong made it for a very peaceful stay. The proximity to some of Devon's best beaches made it a perfect rest stop after a long day at the beach in the sun. Liz checked in with us once we'd arrived and was very responsive to any messages - we cannot fault our stay in Milltown and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a rural escape!

Sarah was just the best host. We had fresh baked sourdough our first morning which was so nice & a bottle of wine waiting on arrival. The place was amazing & so quiet. Truffles the family dog was a welcome visitor everyday & our 3 dogs adored him! he's very special. Location was great, we visited Bude, Tintagel, Port Isaac & Boscastle. Accommodation was fab, massive comfy beds, clean & very modern. We both loved how it had been decorated, really quirky. All in all we didn't want to leave & we miss Truffles already. Highly recommend & we'll be back x

We had an absolute fantastic stay at Nicola's place. We can highly recommend this most relaxing and peaceful place in stunning Cornwall. Nicola is a great host and has made us feel very welcome. She has created an absolute wonderful home away from home with everything you wish for. Thank you so much for having us. Hope to come back some time soon.

I stayed at the Stables with my dog Maisie and we enjoyed a very chilled, peaceful time in lovely surroundings. The Stables look just like the pictures and Leanne is a very responsive and helpful host, with quick answers to questions I had at the time of my booking and in the run up to and during my stay. Knowing I was bringing my dog, there was a very thoughtful arrival hamper with scones, strawberries and cream for me and some dog cookies for Maisie, which certainly were very much appreciated by us both! The house guide is also very helpful and informative. St Marychurch and Babbacombe Downs with Oddicombe beach are within easy walking distance and have a number of dog friendly places to stop for a coffee and a cake. This is a great house for large family gathering, so much space. All bedrooms a good size. Huge kitchen table and well equipped kitchen. Very quiet location We where there at Easter with the added bonus of lambs in the field behind the garden

We loved staying at Greenlands Barn. the cottage was beautifully laid out and was warm and comfortable, Sarah made sure we had everything we needed. We used it as a base to enjoy the local area and to go on the West Somerset Steam railway. We saw a kingfisher and enjoyed a beautiful paddle up the river in the canoe. This Air b n b is highly recommended and other family members are interested in booking. Thank you Sarah

we had such a lovely stay at Burleyhayes barn. The weather was definitely on our side and we had a wedding to go to. The local villages and pubs were very welcoming, serving decent food. The house is beautiful with spacious bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms for comfort. well equipped kitchen. In all a great stay

A lovely little place to stay for a couple of nights - nothing really to do in the area so more for if you’re wanting to get away from it all. Very well equipped and clean. Excellent host, really friendly and great communication. Would definitely stay again if we were to travel back to the area. We were staying for a wedding at treetop escapes - very close to the venue

My stay at Frances’ was absolutely lovely- she made us feel very welcome from the offset! The place is very charming and homely- I’ll be back for sure if I return to this neck of the woods!

We had a great 4 night stay at Acorn Barn. What an amazing place this is a lovely old stable converted to a cosy little living space, extremely comfy bed and well equipped kitchenette. Having washing / drying facilities was a bonus situated externally to the main space. Parking is straight outside, which was really useful. Well located to explore all of Cornwall , nowhere more than an hours drive away. Some very welcome touches such as biscuits and chocolate was a lovely surprise on arrival. Our host Samantha was extremely helpful and welcoming and provided us some food to allow us to feed the resident hens. There are also some geese and a horse on the grounds, which, have the most amazing views of the Cornish countryside, watching the sun set and rise is amazing , we even heard the owls hooting in the evening. The train line runs in the distance which is also fascinating to watch as they trundle by. All in all a very peaceful place, great surroundings, looking to return soon.

Super stay at this lovely cottage. Great upstairs /downstairs layout with huge space upstairs for socialising. Had everything we needed for a super easy stay for 4 adults and 2 dogs and kitchen was well stocked for cooking at home and enjoying the space. Enjoyed not being hit with a long list of house rules, super relaxed hosts and very dog friendly. Would definitely stay again as great area for exploring Devon.

The Barn is an outstanding property. The care and attention given to every aspect of it ensures you have a wonderful stay. So much thought has gone into making it a welcoming and inviting place to stay. Loved it!
