The Hideaway @ Woodlands Farm Welcome to our family home at Woodlands Farm! Set in 45 acres of beautiful Cornish countryside, The Hideaway is attached to our main farmhouse. It has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and an open kitchen/lounge area with sofa bed. It also has it's own outside space - an enclosed decking area. Just 2.5 miles from the beautiful Lanhydrock, and 4 miles from Cardinham woods. Conveniently located for great access to Cornwall's North & South Coast beaches and other attractions.

Glynn Bull Pen was built as part of Glynn Estate early 1800s, we have renovated the barn to create a modern, light and spacious holiday retreat. A rural location, private and surrounded by trees, set in the beautiful Glynn Valley. We are close to Bodmin Parkway, with easy access to Cornwall's many tourist attractions such as Lanhydrock Estate (1 mile) Eden (20 minutes) and both north and south coast beaches. You have your own garden space, parking and many acres of quiet woodland to explore.

Boconnion Stables

Beautifully renovated in 2024 by renowned designer Adam Knight in a modern romantic style, The Stables accommodates up to 6 guests across 3 en-suite rooms. Sleep in a vintage Harrods sleigh bed, bathe in the beautiful copper bath & in the evenings, relax in the small but perfectly formed walled garden & have dinner under the stars. The 3rd bedroom has a very comfortable sofa bed but can double up as a 1st floor sitting room/cinema room if not required. See photos for floor plans and visuals.

Tucked away in the Cornish countryside, nestled within the historic Lanhydrock Estate on our working farm, our hut offers a peaceful retreat with truly unrivalled views across South Cornwall, all the way to the sea. Inside you’ll find a cosy double bed, wood-burning stove and compact kitchen, while outside offers peaceful seating for enjoying a BBQ, sunsets and stargazing. Perfect for couples or solo escapes, it’s a tranquil base to explore beaches, gardens and the South-West coastal path.

Rural Barn Conversion, Boconnoc, Lostwithiel

Set on the edge of Boconnoc Estate and the outskirts of Lostwithiel you will find our large 1 bedroom converted barn. We are quite centrally located in Cornwall. South coast beaches can be found 5 miles away with the north coast being around 20 miles away. You will find so many things to do including walking, sightseeing, fishing, visiting many types of attractions. We offer a warm welcome and as much or as little interaction as you prefer. You will find yourself surrounded by nature.

Our bespoke cabin is designed for those who seek a blend of adventure and tranquility, whilst benefitting from the convenience of being only minutes from shops, pubs, Bodmin Parkway Station, the A30, and access to the rest of Cornwall. Explore the wild outdoors of Cornwall and then unwind with a sauna session and cold plunge or a dip in the hot tub.

Nested within a rural picturesque valley on Bodmin Moor, The Wren is perfectly located in Cornwall and makes an ideal base for wedding guests attending Trevenna. Moorland walks and stunning lakes are all within close vicinity and both the North & South coasts are within a 30-40minute drive. The A30 & A38 are also easily accessible via car from the property.

This property is set in the historic town of Lostwithiel close to all amenities. Detached annexe stylishly decorated ideal for a single person or couple looking for a base for walking or exploring Cornwall. Countryside views and airy light rooms make this space feel bigger than it is whilst being cosy and relaxing with wood burning stove in Winter. Off road parking with easy level access to the property and level access into Lostwithiel.
