A pochi passi dalla proprietà, potrete immergervi nella magia dei sentieri e panorami della Majella che portano a importanti eremi come quelli di Santo Spirito e San Bartolomeo.

Farmhouse with pool by the Adriatic coast

The house was finished in 2013 to top standard after a couple of years of restoring an old farmhouse. The house is situated just outside the village of Palmoli. The downstairs area is an open plan kitchen/living room with a big fireplace, sofa and extendable dining table and a bathroom. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a large bathroom. The two double bedrooms have amazing views to wake up to. Outside there is a huge patio with a view and a big pool area with sun chairs and a BBQ.

Carissimi ospiti, avrete a disposizione un appartamento con giardino in una villa a pochi passi dal mare e dalla pineta. A pochi minuti dal mare e dalle piste da sci, immerso nelle colline del Pescarese ma a soli 25 minuti dal mare, a 40 minuti dalla montagna e a 5 minuti di auto si trova l’autostrada. É consentito l’accesso a cani di sola PICCOLA taglia. La villa è abitata dai proprietari di casa nel piano superiore ma saranno presenti prevalentemente solo per il check-in e la manutenzione del giardino, mentre invece gli ospiti avranno la piena privacy e autonomia del piano terra.

L 'appartamento si trova al primo piano di un antico casolare di campagna ristrutturato, immerso nel verde delle colline pesaresi, a meno di mezz' ora sia dal mare che dal parco nazionale d'Abruzzo e a pochi minuti dall'ingresso autostradale. Ampi giardini per giochi e barbecue. Disponiamo di un orto biologico, uliveti, frutteto e di un bosco di quercie secolari dove è molto piacevole passeggiare. Ampio parcheggio privato.
