Siviano è il posto più tranquillo su un'isola che ha delle caratteristiche molto particolari: le auto private non possono sbarcare, si possono affittare biciclette , usare il bus pubblico e soprattutto scoprirla a piedi. La terrazza sul lago è una casa graziosa con vista panoramica sul lago di Iseo. Situata a 500 mt dal lago, vicina ad un parco giochi attrezzato. Ideale sia per la coppia, che per famiglie e i vostri animali domestici. L'appartamento è su un unico piano con uno spazio antistante la casa dove cenare godendovi il panorama. L'appartamento dispone di una cucina completa e comoda, di due stanze da letto, un bagno attrezzato. A 50 mt c'è una piazzola gratuita dove poter parcheggiare la macchina.
