This pleasantly equipped holiday bungalow is situated in Maarn on the Utrechtse Heuvelrug National Park. The house is situated in a quiet location and has a terrace and a large woodland garden. This pretty natural environment offers several possibilities such as uwalks, bike rides and visits to various cities and villages, castles, gardens and museums. Near to the apartment is the Henschotermeer, a natural pond in the middle of hills surrounded by white sandy beaches and green sunbathing area.

Oorspronkelijk een oude pinkenschuur, is het nu omgetoverd tot een landelijk toevluchtsoord van 130m2 met een vleugje Franse flair. Stap buiten op ons ruime terras dat uitkijkt over onze fruitbomen, en geniet van het vredige uitzicht op onze boerderijdieren - schapen, varkens, geiten, kippen, kalkoenen en eenden - die vrijelijk tussen de bomen grazen.

Koetshuis ’t Bolletje is een sfeervol, vrijstaand verblijf op het opengestelde NSW-landgoed De Bol op Redichem, onderdeel van het 17e-eeuwse wandelpark ’t Rondeel. Het verblijf draagt bij aan de instandhouding en het beheer van het natuurschoon, en is beschikbaar als tijdelijke accommodatie voor wandelaars en natuurliefhebbers.
