Gemütliches Zimmer Bett, 120 x 200cm. Küche und Bad zur Mitbenutzung. Bei längerem Aufenthalt Benutzung der Waschküche möglich. Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Siedlung. Bahnhof 10 Min. Fussweg, dadurch ist es möglich, dass man bei geöffnetem Fenster den Zug hört. Das Haus liegt in 2. Reihe von der Strasse her. Von der Bushaltestelle 2 Min. zu Fuss. Vor dem Haus gibt es einen kleinen Wald und Spielplatz. Es kann also sein, dass man Vögel oder spielende Kinder hört. Dafür keinen Strassenlärm.

Ihre Privatsphäre und ein angenehmer Aufenthalt liegen uns dabei sehr am Herzen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist äusserst günstig, nur eine Minute von der Haltestelle entfernt, von der aus Sie mit der S18 in nur 15 Minuten den Bahnhof Stadelhofen in Zürich erreichen.

16 minutes from Zurich center/lake (Stadelhofen/Bellevue) by bus/tram. In a house with garden is available a single room with a desk and a big wardrobe. There is a nice garden! There is only one bathroom to share. Parking is free after 8pm. From 8am till 8pm is free for 3 hours with parking disk. Rotate the disc to the next half hour. If you arrive at 10:10 AM, rotate it to 10:30 AM. Sunday is always free.
