Spacious family home in Küsnacht, Zurich

While we are abroad we let our spacious family home (130 m2, 4 bed/ 2 bath). It has all amenities for family living. The 60 m2 south facing terrace maximizes all-day sunshine and offers a partial lake view. The bright and spacious flat is a short (and flat) walk to town or the lake and a fast (10 min) train into Zurich. Kusnacht, a prime suburb of Zurich, is perfect area for families for access to nature and to the city.

Garden apt - short trainride to Zürich, near lake

My place is close (5 min walk) to the train station and it's only 17min by train to Zürich. It's a short and nice walk to the lake with its nature areas and swimming in summer. Quiet and beautiful surroundings, but with quick access to lively Zürich. The village itself has 5 restaurants and shopping (Migros for groceries, chemist, Denner for drinks, gifts, bakery). Great for couples for sole use.
