Welcome to Villa Amare, a new modern luxury retreat located in the picturesque town of Kaštela. This exquisite villa boasts three spacious apartments, each thoughtfully designed to provide the utmost comfort and style. Isolated Paradise

This house is 10 meters from the beach. Few steps away is a deck. Deck you see on the pictures is on the beach from mid May until mid October..The car is parked 60 meters away, there is no traffic in front and if you wanted to find a house for a real vacation - this is it! It has two floors. Ground floor with a big terrace and upper floor with a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a living room and a second bathroom. One bathroom is on the ground floor. It is perfect for 4 people but we can fit 5.

Hill View Residence - traditional Dalmatian Villa

Our family villa is located on a hill with nature above city of Kaštela at heigh of 200m above sea level. House is compound between luxury and traditional Dalmatian style. The entire property is for one group of guests and during your stay nothing is shared with anyone. Distance from the center of Split & Trogir is 20min. , Airport SPLIT (SPU) and yacht marine 10min. , beach and sea 7min. The whole property is available exclusively to our guests and they have complete privacy.

Na prvom katu nalazi se 5 spavaćih soba s vlastitom kupaonicom. Vanjski prostor čine bazen, terasa s ležaljkama i blagavaonica na otvorenom.

Each villa is independent with own private heated pool, jacuzzi, parking space for few cars and doesn’t depend on the other. Villa is located in peaceful and quiet area of Kastel Kambelovac only 50m from the sea and 5 min to the center of city. Also, provides complete privacy from the neighbor’s interaction which is ideal for holidays with your family and friends.
