Το σπιτι βρισκεται στον Τριποταμο λιγο πριν τον Νεο Μαρμαρα και απεχει μιαμιση ωρα απο τη Θεσσαλονικη (110 χιλιομετρα). Elia, the private off grid island

You wake up, the sun is rising behind mount Athos. You enjoy a cup of coffee, while the dolphins jump on the horizon. You walk to the beach and the only thing you can hear is the sea. You cook outside, watching the boats passing by and the seagulls chasing the fish. Now, it's time for drawings and board games. Finally, you have a glass of wine, waiting for the moon to rise behind the hills.

Upper floor is a stylish home with all amenities and great atmosphere and the ground floor space is a cozy and cool (even in the hottest days) stone flat with a front porch with great views of the sea and an amazing sunset.
